Generally, high voltage equipment uses porcelain insulators to insulate the high voltage section from the ground potential section.
The higher the voltage, the longer the insulation distance needs to be, which requires a longer insulator tube. Transformer bushings, current transformers, and voltage transformers, etc.
Some 500KV class machines have a total length of up to 10 meters, and during assembly at the factory, transportation, and on-site installation, the work of laying them down horizontally and raising them vertically becomes a major undertaking. In other words, using a transformer bushing as an example, it is generally placed horizontally during assembly, transportation, and storage, and when assembled into a transformer, it is placed vertically or at a slight angle from vertical. will be held. When lifting such a large bushing from horizontal position, as shown in FIG. A cushion member 5 is interposed in the middle, and the main rope 3 is fixed by a fixed rope 6, from which the main rope 3 is pulled upward and hung on a crane hook (not shown). Further, an auxiliary rope 7 is hung near the hanging ear 2 with a cushion member 8 interposed therebetween,
A commonly used method is to lift the main rope 3 and the auxiliary rope 7 using two cranes, and raise the bushing 9 while gradually raising the main rope 3. Note that 10 is an oil expansion chamber in the head of the bushing.

FIG. 2 shows the bushing 9 in the middle of being erected using the conventional method. Furthermore, FIG. 3 shows the state in which the bushing 9 is completely vertically erected and lifted, and the main rope 3 is wider than the width of the oil expansion chamber 10 in order to prevent it from getting caught in the oil expansion chamber 10 at the head. It is hung on a hanging beam 11 and lifted up by a hook 12 via this hanging beam 11. In such a conventional hanging method, the main rope 3 is fixed in the middle of the insulator pipe 4 with the fixed rope 6 because the center of gravity of the bushing 9 is located at the hanging ear 2.
This is because the main rope 3 is located above the position of
This is to prevent it from shifting toward the hanging ear 2 side.
In addition, interposing the cushion members 5 and 8 between the ropes 3 and 7 means that the main rope 3 and the auxiliary rope 7 will apply a considerable load to the insulator 4 and the grounding flange 1, which will reduce the folds in the insulator 4. This is to prevent damage or damage to the grounding flange 1. The auxiliary rope 7 is removed when the bushing 9 is in the upright position.

In such a conventional method, when the main rope 3 is removed after the bushing 9 is erected and assembled into a transformer (not shown), the fixed rope 6 wound around the insulator pipe 4 via the cushion member 5 is removed. It is necessary to remove the cushion member 5 together with the cushion member 5, and this work involves dangerous work at height. In addition, in many cases, it is necessary to attach a shield to the oil expansion chamber 10 in the head to make the high voltage electric field uniform, and this shield installation is also carried out after the bushing is installed in the transformer. It was necessary to work at a height of several meters. When removing the bushing from the transformer, it was necessary to perform the work in the same order as described above, which required work at a high place and required a lot of time, which should be improved.

The present invention has been made in consideration of the above points, and its purpose is to enable lifting with the shield attached in advance, and without having to fix the main rope in the middle of the insulator pipe. To provide a method for hoisting electrical equipment that can lift a long bushing and an electrical equipment to which the bushing is attached, or vice versa, move it from an upright position to a horizontal position, and further shorten the working time without requiring work at heights. There is a particular thing.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained with reference to an embodiment shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, in which the same parts as in FIGS. 1 to 3 are given the same reference numerals. As shown in Figure 4,
Annular shield rings 13 and 1 are placed at two positions along the axial direction in the oil expansion chamber 10 at the head of the bushing 9.
Install 4. This annular shield ring 13,1
4 is divided into two by notches 15, 15, respectively. The main rope 3 is pulled along the insulator tube 4 through the hanging ears 2, and then inserted into the cutouts 15, 15 of the annular shield rings 13, 14.
Note that the auxiliary rope 7 is attached to the ground flange 1 as before.
is applied via the cushion member 8.

As shown in FIG. 5, the annular shield ring 14 is composed of ring portions 14a and 14b divided into two by cutout portions 15 and 15. One ring portion 14a is formed to have a longer arc length than the other ring portion 14b so as to be slightly larger than a semicircle, and both ends of each ring portion 14a, 14b are rounded to alleviate the electric field. Ring part 1

A plurality of support members 17... are attached to the inside of the. These rope support members 16, 16 and support member 17... are fixed to the oil expansion chamber 10. The rope support members 16, 16 are formed with L-shaped notches 16a, 16a, into which the main rope 3 is hooked after being inserted through the notches 15, 15, respectively. On the other hand, since the annular shield ring 13 is configured similarly to the above-described annular shield ring 14, the main rope 3 can be caught in the same manner as described above.

Therefore, as shown in FIG.
The main rope 3 hooked to the main rope 3 can be gradually pulled up until it stands upright as shown in FIG. 6, and then it can be hung up and attached to the equipment. Alternatively, when the object is lifted upright as shown in Fig. 6, the auxiliary rope 7 is attached as in Fig. 4, and while the main rope 3 is lowered, the lower side is supported by the auxiliary rope 7 and the object is turned sideways. You can also do it.

Note that instead of the rope support member 16, as shown in FIG. 7, an opening that opens toward the notch 15 is formed by a rectangular support member 18a and a small stopper member 18b that is attached separately from the support member 18a. By forming this section, the same effects as in the above-mentioned embodiments can be obtained.

Further, although the above embodiments have been described using bushings as an example, the present invention can be similarly applied to devices equipped with bushings such as current transformers. That is, as shown in FIG. 8, after the main rope 3 is attached to the hanging ear 22 provided on the tank 21 of the current transformer 20, the main rope 3 is attached to the annular shield ring 1 along the insulator tube 4.
The current transformer 20 can be lifted by inserting the main rope 3 into the notches 15, 15 of the main rope 3, 14 from the side and pulling up the main rope 3 with the hook 12. In this way, work can be done with the annular shield ring attached, and there is no need for a cushion member on the strainer pipe side, and there is no need to work at heights, and the main rope can be hung simply by operating the hook up or down. , or you can remove it.

As explained above, according to the lifting method of the present invention, the main rope attached to the hanging ear of the bushing or the device to which the bushing is attached is connected to the main rope from the notch of the annular shield ring attached to the head of the bushing. The annular shield ring is constructed by inserting the main rope, supporting the main rope with the rope support member, attaching the auxiliary rope near the hanging ear, and operating the main rope and the auxiliary rope with separate cranes. To safely lift a bushing or a device to which a bushing is attached while the bushing is attached, without requiring a cushion member, and without requiring work at high places.
