め、長期間の使用で摩耗粉が逆止弁やオリフイス
の特性を変化させ、ダツシユポツトの作動時間が
早過ぎたり、遅過ぎたりする不良を発生する欠点

ダイアフラム10は2枚のシエル8によつては

しめられ、これをロワーカバーサブアツセンブリ
と呼ぶ。逆止弁18はアツパカバー11に取り付
けられている。オリフイス部を形成しているプレ
ート13はシート14の上に置かれ、リテーナ1
2をアツパカバー11に圧入することによつて押
えつけられ固定される。これをカバーサブアツセ
ンブリと呼ぶ。ダイアフラムサブアツセンブリ
は、カバーサブアツセンブリとロワーカバーサブ
アツセンブリによつて、ガスケツナ9を介してか
しめられる。この状態のものにホルダ15を載
せ、さらにその上にフイルタ16を載せ、キヤツ
プ17をかぶせる。最後にスプリング5を入れ、
ストツパ3で押え、Eリング2で固定し、ゴムブ
ーツ4をかぶせてある。ロツド1の先端に押し方
向の急激な上向き荷重が加わつた場合、逆止弁1
8は閉じ、ケーシング内部の空気は、プレート1
3の極く細いオリフイスを通り、ホルダ15、フ
イルタ16を通り、キヤツプ17とアツパカバー
11のすき間より外部へ排出され、ストツパ3が
ガイド6の下端に当たつた位置でロツド1は止ま
る。従つて、シエル8の上方のものがアツパカバ
ー11に当ることはない。そのため、圧力室内で
は可動部からの摩耗粉の発生はない。ロツド1及
びダイアフラム10の上向き運動は、ケーシング
内に存在する空気の圧縮抵抗により妨げられ、い
わゆるダンピング効果が生じる。ロツド1より荷
重を取り去ると、スプリング5の力によつてロツ
ドは押し戻され、逆止弁18は開く。その時の空
気の流れとしては、外部より、キヤツプ17とア
ツパカバー11のすき間、フイルタ16、ホルダ
15、逆止弁18の開孔を通り、ケーシング内の
圧力室Aに空気が入り込み、ロツド1はすばやく
戻される。図示のダツシユポツトで摩耗粉を発生
する部分は、スプリング5がガイド6とストツパ
(リテーナ)3に当たる当り面、ストツパ3とガ
イド6との当り面、ガイド6とカラー19との摺
動部、シエル8の下方のものとロワーカバーとの
当り面とであるが、これ等の部分からの摩耗粉は
ダイアフラム10に隔絶されていて圧力室Aへ入
ることがないから、逆止弁18やプレート13の
オリフイスの特性を変化させることがない。又、
逆止弁とオリフイスの上方に大型のフイルタを用
いることにより、外部からのほこりの侵入を確実
に防止し、オリフイス部の目づまり、逆止弁のか
み込み等を防ぐことができる。又、ストツパ(リ
テーナ)とスプリングをアツパカバー11とキヤ
ツプ17及びダイアフラム10で仕切られたケー
シングの外に配置したので、アツパカバー11を
