After fitting from the outdoor side, insert a spacer from the indoor side between the new window frame and the inner surface of the opening to position the new window frame, and then attach the outer wall to the outdoor side of the new window frame.
Since the interior walls are attached to each side of the room, there is a line between the new exterior wall and the old exterior wall after the replacement work due to the difference in color, which creates an unattractive appearance.
Moreover, there is a problem that the Sakai Line develops cracks over time, allowing rainwater to infiltrate through these parts, and for this reason, it has the disadvantage of requiring waterproofing measures such as installing rainwater intrusion prevention plates. The upper inner wall had to be extensively repaired, which lengthened the construction period and increased costs.

Then, the outer wall 21 and the like surrounded by this cut surface 21a are removed.
The position of the cut surface 21a of the outer wall 21 is set to be closer to the outer periphery than the attachment piece 29 of the new window frame 25 when replacing the old window frame 6. Next, the nails 11 fixing the mounting pieces 10 of the old window frame 6, the mounting screws 16 fixing the mounting protrusions 14 of the lower frame 8, and the upper frame 7
After removing the mounting screws 18 fixing the vertical frames 9, 9, the entire old window frame 6 is removed from the opening 2 toward the outdoor side. After that, the new window frame 25 is fitted into the opening 2 from the outdoor side as shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, and a plurality of Insert a spacer 37 of an appropriate thickness from the outdoor side through the cutout window 33 of the mounting piece 10, and place the lower frame 2 of the new window frame 25 on the spacer 37 on the window sill 4.
Place 7. In this case, the thickness of the spacer 37 is adjusted for each window so that the upper surface of the mounting protrusion 36 of the lower frame 27 is at the same height as the upper surface of the mending board 15. In addition, the upper frame 26 of the new window frame 25 and the lintel 3
A spacer 37 is also inserted between the vertical frames 28, 28 and the pillars 5, 5 from the outdoor side through the cutout window 33 of the mounting piece 10, and the vertical and horizontal positions of the new window frame 25 are determined. New window frame 2 with spacer 37 above
The position of the spacer 5 can be easily and accurately adjusted by, for example, constructing the spacer 37 by bonding a large number of thin plates with an adhesive, or by forming the spacer 37 into a wedge shape. Further, the mounting piece 29 of the new window frame 25 is applied to the outdoor side of the opening frame 1 via the seal tape 30, and the new window frame 25 is positioned in the indoor/outdoor direction. in this case,
Mounting piece 29 and indoor frame piece 35 in new window frame 25
The dimension between is the outdoor side of the opening frame 1 and the inner frame 1.
If the dimension between the indoor frame piece 35 and the outdoor side surface of the inner frame 19 is small, the inner frame 19 and the serving plate 15 can be used almost as they are by creating a gap between the indoor frame piece 35 and the outdoor side surface of the inner frame 19. be able to. In addition, if the mounting protrusion 36 of the lower frame 27 does not match the cutout 15a of the tray plate 15, the cutout 15a of the lower frame 27

る。 As described above, in the present invention, after cutting the outer wall of a building into a rectangular shape and removing the old window frame, a new window frame is attached from the outdoor side, and an adjustment frame is attached to the outdoor side of the mounting piece of the new window frame. Since we installed caulking material between the adjustment frame and the cut surface of the outer wall, the rectangular adjustment frame and the cut line of the outer wall surrounding it will be attached to the outside of the window after the replacement work is completed. Moreover, since the space between the adjustment frame and the cut surface of the outer wall is sealed with caulking material as described above, it is possible to reliably prevent rainwater from entering from this space for a long time. In addition, after fitting the new window frame into the opening from the outdoor side, a spacer is inserted through the notch in the mounting piece of the new window frame to position the new window frame, so little or no repair is required on the interior wall. The windows can be replaced without any problems, which shortens the construction period and reduces costs.
