題があつた。 Conventionally, this type of new window frame is equipped with a mounting piece that protrudes toward the outer circumference on the outdoor side of the part that fits into the opening, and the fitting part is attached to the opening after removing the old window frame. Fit it from the outside and apply the mounting piece to the outdoor side of the building, then position the new window frame by inserting a spacer from the indoor side between the outer circumferential surface of the fitting part of the new window frame and the inner circumferential surface of the opening. Therefore, when replacing a new window frame with an old window frame, it is necessary to remove accessories such as the inner frame in order to insert the spacer, and for this reason, it is often necessary to repair the inner wall after fitting the new window frame. This required a lot of manpower and time, resulting in higher construction costs and longer construction times.

The purpose of this project is to provide a new window frame for renovated windows that can be fitted into an opening from the outdoor side and firmly fixed. It is equipped with a mounting piece that protrudes over the entire length in the direction, and a spacer can be inserted into the mounting piece at a position where it can face the gap between the outer circumferential surface of the fitting part and the inner circumferential surface of the opening. A plurality of notched windows are partially formed, and a mounting projection protrudes toward the indoor side so as to fit inside the inner frame left on the building at the inner peripheral end of the indoor side portion of the fitting part. It is characterized by having a piece that spans the entire length.

雨水の浸入を防止する。 Next, a window replacement method will be described in which the old window frame 6 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 is removed and a new window frame 25 shown in FIGS. 3 to 5 is installed. First, the outer wall 21 of the building shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 is cut into a rectangular shape using a cutter or the like at a position an appropriate amount on the outer periphery side of each mounting piece 10 of the old window frame 6, as shown by the two-dot chain line. Then, the outer wall 21 and the like surrounded by this cut surface 21a are removed. The position of the cut surface 21a of the outer wall 21 is set to be closer to the outer periphery than the attachment piece 29 of the new window frame 25 when replacing the old window frame 6. Next, the nails 11 fixing the mounting piece 10 of the old window frame 6 and the lower frame 8
After removing the mounting screws 16 fixing the mounting protrusion 14 and the mounting screws 18 fixing the upper frame 7 and the vertical frames 9, 9, remove the entire old window frame 6 from the opening 2 toward the outdoor side. . After that, the new window frame 25 is fitted into the opening 2 from the outdoor side as shown in FIGS. 3 to 5.
In addition, a plurality of spacers 37 of appropriate thickness are installed between the lower frame 27 of the new window frame 25 and the window sill 4 on the mounting piece 10.
The lower frame 27 of the new window frame 25 is placed on the spacers 37 on the window sills 4. In this case, the above spacer 3
The thickness dimension 7 is adjusted for each window so that the upper surface of the mounting protrusion 36 of the lower frame 27 is at the same height as the upper surface of the tray plate 15. In addition, spacers 37 are inserted between the upper frame 26 and the lintel 3 of the new window frame 25 and between the vertical frames 28, 28 and the pillars 5, 5 from the outdoor side through the cutout window 33 of the mounting piece 10. Position up and down, left and right. The position of the new window frame 25 using the spacer 37 can be easily and accurately adjusted by, for example, constructing the spacer 37 by bonding a large number of thin plates with adhesive, or by forming the spacer 37 into a wedge shape. can be done. In addition, attach the mounting piece 29 of the new window frame 25 to the opening frame 1.
Apply it to the outside of the room with a seal tape 30,
The new window frame 25 is positioned indoors and outdoors. In this case, the dimension between the mounting piece 29 and the indoor frame piece 35 in the new window frame 25 (the dimension in the expected frame width direction of the fitting part) is the same as the outdoor side surface of the opening frame 1 and the outdoor side surface of the inner frame 19. If the size is smaller than the space between them, by creating a gap between the indoor frame piece 35 and the outdoor side surface of the inner frame 19, the inner frame 19 and the serving plate 15 can be used almost as they are. Further, if the mounting protrusion 36 of the lower frame 27 does not match the cutout 15a of the serving plate 15, the cutout 15a is formed so as to match. Next, the upper frame 26, the vertical frame 2
8 and 28 are fixed to the opening frame 1 along with spacers 40, 39, and 39 with mounting screws 41, and each mounting piece 29 is fixed to the opening frame 1 with nails 31. Further, the mounting protrusion 36 of the lower frame 27 is fixed to the tray plate 15 with mounting screws 38. Furthermore, an auxiliary member 42 is interposed between the upper frame 26, each of the mounting protrusions 36 of the vertical frames 28, 28, and the inner frame 19, and fixed by mounting screws 43. Next, the adjustment frame 44 is attached to the outdoor side of each mounting piece 29 and fixed with the mounting screws 45, whereby the cutout window 33 and the nail 3
Cover 1's head. Thereafter, a backup material 47 and a caulking material 46 are filled between the adjustment frame 44 and the cut surface 21a of the outer wall 21 to prevent rainwater from entering between the two.

A construction example is shown in which the dimensions of the opening frame 1e and the indoor frame piece 35e are larger than the dimension between the outdoor side surface of the opening frame 1e and the outdoor side surface of the inner frame 19e. In this embodiment, an adjustment plate 50 is interposed between each attachment piece 29e of the new window frame 25e and the outdoor side surface of the opening frame 1e to prevent the indoor frame piece 35e from interfering with the inner frame 19e, and The window frame 25e can be fitted into various openings 2e without much repair of the inner frame 19e. Furthermore, the mounting protrusions 36e of the upper frame 26e and the vertical frame 28e are fitted into cutout portions 19ae formed in the inner frame 19e. It should be noted that parts that can be considered to be the same or equivalent to the above-mentioned embodiments are given the same reference numerals as the corresponding parts with an alpha e and redundant explanation will be omitted.

産性を高くできる。 As described above, in the present invention, a mounting piece is provided on the outdoor side portion of the fitting part to be fitted into the opening,
The fitting part is fitted into the opening of the building from the outdoor side and the mounting piece is brought into contact with the outdoor side of the building, so when it is assembled into the opening of the building, the new window frame will not fit into the room. The large wind pressure acting from the outside can be reliably received by the mounting piece, and the new window frame can be firmly fixed to the building, making it safe. In addition, the mounting piece has multiple cutout windows for inserting spacers, so the spacer can be inserted from the outdoor side into the gap between the outer circumferential surface of the fitting part and the inner circumferential surface of the opening, and as a result, the spacer can be inserted into the opening. Even if the frame is fitted from the outside, the inner frame can be left intact on the building when renovating, allowing repair work to be done on the inner wall, reducing renovation costs and shortening the construction period. can. In addition, since the indoor side part of the fitting part is equipped with a mounting protrusion on the inner peripheral end that can fit inside the inner picture frame, the dimension of the fitting part in the width direction of the frame is the same as the outdoor side of the inner picture frame. By creating a gap between the fitting part and the inner frame, the inner frame left on the building can be used almost as is, even if the dimension is smaller than the dimension between the exterior side of the object and the expected width of the frame. It can be incorporated into a variety of different openings, increasing mass productivity.
