点をもつものであつた。 Even in the case of cutting and using the roving as described above, it is industrially necessary to cut the roving continuously in preform, spray-up, SMC manufacturing, etc. When performing this continuous cutting operation, the roving must be continuously supplied without interruption. Therefore, a large number of roving packages must be tied together beforehand. For this purpose, it is usually necessary to tie one end (end) of one roving to the other end (tip) of the next roving, but up until now, the usual method of tying this is called the so-called top knot. It had the following undesirable drawbacks.

欠点があつた。 A device invented to improve the above-mentioned defect is to branch one roving into two, combine one branched roving with a separate roving, and intertwine it with the other branched roving. . and,
The tip of each thread was threaded through a wafer formed at the end of a separate roving. Therefore, sufficient binding can be achieved while the tension is applied, but slack may occur when multiple connected roving package cages are piled up and packed, and the roving must be tied again during cutting. It had the disadvantage that when it was pulled, the strings came undone and the binding came undone.

ものである。 As a result of various studies to solve the above-mentioned problems, the inventor of the present invention determined how to tie one end of one thread to one end of the other thread by dividing the tip end of one thread into two. This branched yarn is entwined with the other yarn, tied together to form a binding strand with the end of the other yarn and a part of the tip end of the branched yarn, and the other yarn is tied into this binding strand. The present invention has been proposed based on the discovery that the threads do not loosen by passing the end of the thread and the remainder of the end of the branched yarn in such a way that they become entwined.

Then, this bundled yarn 4 and the other branched yarn 1'' are tied together in a single knot to form a knot 5 to make a sash 6. Then, the tip of the knot 5 of the other branched yarn 1'' Align the end of the other thread 3 (roving package B side) and make a binding sewage 7 with the two, and then
The ends of the bundled yarns 4 are passed through so as to be entangled with each other, and the ends of the yarns 3 and the ends of the branched yarns 1' are held and pulled, thereby tightening the binding wires 7 and completing the binding.

ある。 The present invention is constructed as described above, and by forming the binding wire for binding the tips together with the end portion of the yarn 3 and at least a part of the branched yarn, the binding wire 3 can be used even when no tension is applied. It is possible to maintain a bound state without loosening.
