本発明は、鋳造による中空クランクシヤフトの

従来から油穴部にパイプを鋳包んだクランクシ
ヤフトは知られているが、従来のものは、クラン

そのまま油穴開口部になつている。そのため、型
造型時およびパイプ納め時等のばらつきにより油
穴開口部の位置が一定しないという欠点があり、
かつ、機械加工面にパイプが出ているため、鋳造
材(FCD70)とパイプ材(S材)の異なる材質
のものを同時に旋削や研削することになり、表面
精度に問題があるほか、工具の寿命等にも問題が

きるのみならず、前記パイプがピン部およびジヤ
ーナル部の機械加工面に出ていないから、その機
械加工は一般の鋳造クランクシヤフトの場合と同
