Therefore, when pulling up the handle provided on the outer edge of the lid, methods are used such as weakening the adhesive strength to such an extent that the container and lid can be easily separated (for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 1983-1999)

Since the strength of the score line is weaker than other parts, if the can is dropped with contents still in it, the can will be damaged along the notch-like score line due to the impact of the fall.

があつた。 Furthermore, in the case of sealed containers in which a paper or metal foil lid is glued to a paper or plastic container, it is necessary to create a weak bond between the lid and the container, so there is a risk of the container falling with its contents inside. This resulted in drawbacks such as peeling at the joint between the lid and the container due to the impact of the drop.

The closing member is penetrated from the top surface of the top plate to the back surface of the top plate using a plurality of perforations or a single perforation provided at appropriate positions of the top plate, or a through hole formed by the slit, and The opening handle, the closing member, and the synthetic resin plate can be integrally molded.

The lid is easy to open because it has an opening and an opening pull on the top surface, and the back side of the cut or slit is reinforced with a synthetic resin plate. The lid body can be made so that it cannot be opened inadvertently.

る。 For metal lids for which it is difficult to increase the adhesive strength of the synthetic resin plate, we attach a synthetic resin plate to the back of the top plate by using a synthetic resin closing member that is integrated with the synthetic resin plate by making multiple holes. It can be fixed securely, and for paper lids to which synthetic resin can be easily adhered, the opening pull and synthetic resin plate can be effectively integrated with a single hole. Furthermore, if the opening is formed by discontinuous slits, the slits can be used to easily integrate the opening handle on the top of the top plate and the synthetic resin plate on the back of the top plate without making any holes. It is possible to do so.

As shown in the figure, mark the desired cut line 2 on the back surface of the lid 10c.
5c is provided, and an opening 16c defined by the cut line 25c is formed, and a plurality of appropriate perforations 17c are provided on or near the cut line 25c. Then, the entire back surface of the opening 16c is covered with a synthetic resin plate to form an opening plate 26c, and a closing member 27c made of synthetic resin is connected from the opening plate 26c made of synthetic resin into the perforation 17c. In addition to filling the perforation 17c, one of the closing members 27c is used as an opening pull base 24'c,
An opening pull 24c is provided extending from this, and the upper end of the other closing member 27c is made to protrude above the upper surface of the top plate 11c, and has a structure in which a locking part 28c has a diameter larger than the diameter of the perforation 17c, Opening plate 26c, closing member 27c, and opening handle 24
The synthetic resin part c is integrally injection molded.

開封蓋体を製造することができる。 Since the easy-to-open lid according to this embodiment has a structure in which the synthetic resin part is integrated as described above, the metal lid in which the opening 16c is formed by the cut line 25c is inserted into the cavity of the synthetic resin injection molding machine. After inserting into the opening 16c, a synthetic resin opening plate 26c is formed on the back side of the opening 16c.
In addition, a closure member 27c is formed by filling the perforation 17c with synthetic resin, and an opening pull 24c made of synthetic resin is attached to the top surface of the top plate 11c, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3. The synthetic resin part as shown can be injection molded in one injection, and the lid body is inserted into the cavity in this way, and the opening plate 26c, the closing member 27c, and the opening handle 24c are molded all at once by injection molding. Therefore, an easy-to-open lid can be manufactured very quickly and at low cost.

Since the closing member 27d that fills and closes the opening ring 27d is prevented from escaping downward by the locking portion 28d, the opening ring 29d does not easily move from the state along the lower side of the cut line 25d. . Therefore, opening ring 2
When the integrated opening pull 24d is pulled up to 9d by the pull base 24'd, the opening ring 29d along the back side of the cut line 25d breaks the cut line 25d,
The opening 16d can be removed.

Since it is difficult to ensure the adhesive strength of the injection-molded synthetic resin part to the top plate, a hole is made on the cut line and the hole is filled with synthetic resin so that it is integrated with the synthetic resin plate. The synthetic resin closing member is inserted into the top plate, and the opening plate 26c or opening ring 29d, which is a synthetic resin plate, is thereby securely fixed to the top plate. However, if the lid is made of paper or synthetic resin, it is easy to glue the injection-molded synthetic resin parts to the top plate.
There is no need to provide multiple perforations.
