Generally, the order picking track is 2 to 10
It is necessary to work on a rack about the size of a step and stop the platform at the desired rack position. Therefore, during picking operations, the operator must determine the stopping position and the timing to release the raising or lowering pushbutton by judging from the condition of the side racks that the platform passes while raising or lowering. You have to use the sacred diameter.

FIG. 2 shows the details of mounting the photoelectric switch 5, with A being a side view and B being a front view. The photoelectric switch 5 is fastened to a mounting bracket 12 with bolts 13, one end 14 of the mounting bracket 12 is rotatably mounted on the bracket 16 with a pin 15, and the other end 17 is rotatably mounted with a pin 18. It is rotatably attached to a piston rod 20 of a solenoid 19 having a stroke S, and the bracket 16 and solenoid 19 are fixed to the bottom plate 3 of the driver's seat. In the above configuration, when the solenoid 19 is energized, the piston rod 20 extends upward by a stroke S, the photoelectric switch 5 is tilted upward by α°, and the irradiation angle shifts from a depression angle to an elevation angle.

FIG. 3 shows the electrical circuitry that controls this device. 7 is a push button switch for raising, which is normally open and automatically returns, and an electromagnetic contactor 21 connected to it.
When the contactor 21a turns on, the pump motor 22 operates to send high pressure oil to the lift cylinder and the platform rises. The platform then stops when the lift pushbutton switch 7 is released. 8 is a push button switch for lowering, which is normally open and automatically returns; when the hydraulic circuit solenoid valve 23 connected to this is turned on, the oil in the lift cylinder is returned to the oil tank, and the platform is lowered. . The platform then stops when the lowering pushbutton switch 8 is released. In this embodiment, a solenoid 19 is arranged in parallel with an electromagnetic contactor 21 as shown in the figure in a typical order picking circuit as described above. In such a circuit, when the lift push button 7 is closed, the solenoid 19 is energized and the photoelectric switch 5 is tilted upward during the lift, and when the lift push button 7 is open, i.e. When no work is being done or during the descent, the solenoid 19 is not energized and the photoelectric switch 5 remains tilted downward.

Furthermore, in this embodiment, a circuit for a photoelectric switch 5 is arranged in parallel with the lift push button switch 7.
In this circuit, T 1 is a timer that starts sounding the buzzer 24, and T 2 is a timer that ends sounding the buzzer 24. When the photoelectric switch 5 is turned on, the timer T 1 ,
When T2 is energized and timer T1 is activated, the time limit contact 25 for T1 is closed and the buzzer 24 begins to sound.
After an appropriate period of time, when timer T 2 is activated,
Momentary contact 26 for T2 is disconnected. When timer T 2 expires, time limit contact 27 for T 2 is disconnected, timers T 1 and T 2 are cut off, the buzzer 24 stops sounding, and timer T 2 returns to its original state. In this way, when the photoelectric switch 5 is turned on, the buzzer emits a sound to notify the driver.

FIG. 4 is a diagram showing the state of light reflection while the platform is rising and falling. When the platform is rising, the photoelectric switch 5 tilts upward and lifts the vertical items 2 stored in the rack.
Even if light is irradiated on 8, it is not reflected on the photoelectric switch. The state diagram shows that the light is not reflected on the photoelectric switch 5 while it is rising in the same state as above. The state diagram shows that while the platform is descending, the photoelectric switch 5 tilts downward, and even if light is irradiated onto the vertical article 29 stored in the rack, it will not be reflected on the photoelectric switch. This is a state diagram in which the irradiated light is reflected by the upper reflective surface 11a of the reflector plate and the photoelectric switch 5 is made sensitive when it reaches the rack while descending in the same state as above.

As mentioned above, in such cases,
Since the end face of the rack acts as a reflective surface, there is no need to install a reflective plate on the rack as in the previous embodiment, which is extremely practical.

As described above, in the device of the present invention, when the driver completes work on a certain rack and moves the platform to the next desired rack position, the operator presses the raising or lowering pushbutton. After that, the platform can be stopped at the desired rack position by releasing the push button the moment the buzzer stops sounding for the difference in the number of steps to the desired rack. The apparatus of the present invention can be applied even when there are several racks to be worked on, and the height intervals between the racks are different. Further, in the case of a rack in which the horizontal component of the rack can be inserted at any height, the insertion height can be changed while the reflective plate is attached. In particular, in the device of the present invention, since the photoelectric switch is used with the photoelectric switch tilted upward or downward, it is possible to prevent malfunctions caused by objects stored in a rack. That is, although almost all metal containers and metal utensils include vertical surfaces, malfunctions can be prevented when working with the racks that house them. Therefore, in such a case, the effect of the device of the present invention is significant. Furthermore, unlike conventional order picking trucks in which the driver must always be aware of the stop position when raising and lowering the truck, the device of the present invention notifies the driver by emitting a buzzer every time the truck passes a truck. This reduces the driver's mental fatigue and allows the platform to be efficiently stopped at a predetermined position, improving work efficiency and eliminating the need for inching operations to adjust the stopping position. It can be significantly reduced, and the life span of lifting equipment can be significantly increased.
