A contact bar 56h is obtained by modifying the contact bar 56 shown in the figure.I is a contact bar 63i which is a modification of the contact bar 63 shown in FIG. Yes, contact bars 56h, 63i and 66 in these h, i, j diagrams
J is formed into an annular body by bending it into an endless shape, and when the constant amount of current flowing is increased by 1 to 5 times or more, the heat dissipation efficiency is improved by a commensurate amount, especially when using two contacts. When connected in parallel, it is possible to eliminate the tendency for the arc to flow unevenly during interruption. FIG. 8 shows a short connection terminal 68 and a long connection terminal 69, and these various contact bars 55, 5.
6, 58, 60, 63, 66, and 67 are arbitrarily selected corresponding to various switching modes, and installed on the upper surface portions 43, 43' or the lower concave surface portions 44, 44' of the partition wall 1. 69 on the extended side of the partition wall 1.
47' and assemble the two partition walls 1 and 1 as a set. However, in the case of a single-throw type, two sets of two units may be installed.

Figures 15a and 15b show a contactor with two contact pieces arranged in parallel. FIG. 15a is the circuit diagram, and shows the left connection terminals R, S, and T, and the right connection terminals U,
The contact bar 56 shown in FIG. 7b is selected because it opens and closes V and W. In this contactor, since the terminal direction is vertical, a contact bar 56h shown in FIG. 7h can be used in place of the contact bar 56. When the contact bar 56h is used, the heat dissipation effect improves, so the power can be increased.

In this way, the movable contact unit can use a contact bar with fixed contact pieces attached to the side surface in order to horizontally move the movable contact pieces provided at the upper and lower ends of the movable contact by the elastic force of the leaf spring, and these contacts The bars are available in different shapes and can form a common case for contactors of different switching modes, so that contact bars can be provided for different switching modes. Further, by selecting a single-throw case and a double-throw case, the contact bar can be shared.

That is, according to the present invention described above, contact bars of various shapes for forming a plurality of switching modes are prepared, and a desired contact bar is selected from among these contact bars and installed in the contactor case. Since a common contactor case is provided for both single-throw and double-throw applications, the desired switching mode can be obtained for each, reducing overall costs and improving productivity. It has advantages such as being extremely effective.

A leaf spring is provided on the back of each of the two movable contacts, and each leaf spring is pivotally fixed at the lower end, and pivoted to a pusher at the upper end, so that the leaf spring is bent by the pressing operation of the pusher, and each movable spring is fixed. A movable contact unit that allows the contacts to move in opposite directions can be freely attached to the case body, and a plurality of contact bars are integrally formed with a conductor part and a fixed contact part, each of which has a fixed contact part and two movable contacts. A contactor is configured such that it can be freely installed in the upper and lower concave portions of the partition wall of the case body, which are located correspondingly to the upper and lower ends of the case body. 2. The contactor according to claim 1, wherein the contact bar has a short piece shape with a fixed contact piece attached thereto. 3. The contactor according to claim 1, wherein the contact bar is bent into a U-shape and a fixed contact piece is attached to the inside of each bent portion. 4. The contact bar is U-shaped and has bent portions with the other side being slightly shorter, and a fixed contact piece is attached to the inside of each bent portion.
Contactor as described in section. 5. The contactor according to claim 1, wherein the contact bar is bent into a U-shape, and fixed contact pieces are attached to the inside of one bent portion and the outside of the other bent portion. 6. The contact bar has one bent part and two bent parts parallel to the other, and a fixed contact piece is attached to each inside of one bent part and the other bent part, and a fixed contact piece is attached to the inside of the other bent part. The contactor according to claim 1, further comprising a fixed contact piece attached to the outside of the bent portion. 7. The contact bar is bent into a U-shape and has bent portions at both ends and two parallel bent portions at the center, and a fixed contact piece is attached to the inside of each bent portion. The contactor according to the range 1 above. 8. The contactor according to claim 1, wherein the contact bar is formed in a straight line and has fixed contact pieces attached at three locations. 9. The contactor according to claims 3, 6 and 7, wherein the contact bar is formed into an endless ring.
