The pattern of the foamed ink is melted and depressed when the foamed ink is applied, thereby forming a recessed portion having an appearance as if it had been wiped.

かつた。 Foamed decorative materials having an uneven pattern on the surface are widely used because of their attractive design and cushioning properties. However, it is impossible to create a wiping-like effect with colored concave bottoms, such as the conduit grooves with a woodgrain pattern, using conventional methods such as using foam suppressants. The so-called wiping method, in which the colorant is applied to the surface of the foam and then wiped off from areas other than the concave portions, has the disadvantage that the foamed surface may be damaged or cannot be completely wiped off, and cannot be put to practical use.

The present invention is characterized in that a concave portion having an appearance as if it had been wiped is obtained on the surface of the decorative material.
以下図面に従つて本発明を詳細に説明する。 The present invention will be explained in detail below with reference to the drawings.

First, as shown in FIG. 1, a pattern is applied to the surface of the transfer sheet base material 1 using foam ink 2. Next, as shown in FIG. 2, the foamed ink 2 is foamed, and a transparent resin layer 3 is formed on the entire surface thereof. This transparent resin layer is formed so that the height is the same in both areas where foamed ink is present and where there is no foamed ink, that is, so that the surface after application of the transparent resin layer is flat, and furthermore, any pattern is formed on it. 4 to prepare a transfer sheet.

The foamed ink, which has been melted and reduced in volume, remains at the bottom of the recess in a state similar to a coloring material applied by the wiping method, resulting in a wiping-like decorative material.

It is also possible to use a foamed paste at a temperature of around 30°F. In addition, it is also possible to use a foaming agent selected from various known foaming agents that foams at a relatively low temperature and blended with a resin that melts when the foamable resin layer is heated and foamed. In any case, pigments such as carbon black and iron oxide, extender pigments, matting agents, etc. are mixed in so that they function as colorants after being melted.
