Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
従来円筒型タンクは底板(底端板を含む)を仮
溶接を施行しながら配列し全体の配列が完了した
後本溶接を全面にわたつて行うものである。これ
は最初から本溶接を施工していくと底板の歪み、
ずれ等を生じその為の配列等の修正が大変な作業
となるので、一旦仮溶接しその後継手部を本溶接

くピンと張つて貼着し、その上部よりテープを完
全に覆うような十分な巾のコーテイングを行うこ
とによりコーテイングが溶接開先面に付着しない
ようにし、且つコーテイングによりテープの貼着
時にできるしわによるすき間を完全に覆つて外部

継手の溶接施工において雨水および外気の溶接開
先内への侵入をほゞ完全に防ぐことが可能であ
