いる。[Prior Art] Conventionally, as shown in Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 53-2183, the opening of a thermoplastic resin bag is clamped and closed between two press stands, at least one of which is configured as a heating device, and the opening of a thermoplastic resin bag is heated. A device is known in which the air inside the resin bag is evacuated using an air suction pump during welding. This apparatus is provided with a switch for the air suction pump which is switched to the closed position when the angular swinging arm supporting one press table is moved to the welding position. As a result, the opening of the thermoplastic resin bag is sandwiched between the two press tables, the switch is closed and the air suction pump is operated, and the air inside the bag is exhausted and the heating device is operated, thereby increasing the temperature of the bag. The opening is heat welded.

Due to the nature of plastic resin bags, whether the opening of the bag is strongly pinched or not, it will be welded when subjected to heat action, so the bag opening will be welded by heat if the airtightness is insufficient. There were some problems.

である。[Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention includes an electric blower, an intake nozzle that sucks out air in a thermoplastic resin bag connected to the blower and covered on the outer periphery, and a It is carried out in a vacuum packing device equipped with a sealing mechanism that clamps and closes the opening of the resin bag and heat-welds the opening, and the sealing mechanism is connected to and separated from a heater, a heating plate to which the heater is attached, and a heating plate. The press body is attached to the front side of a rotatably provided opening/closing lid. Then, a temporary stopper is attached to the substrate side to which the heating plate is attached. This stopper temporarily stops the closing operation of the opening/closing lid at a position where the pressing body approaches the heating plate, and the position of the upper end where the opening/closing door comes into contact is lower than the height position in the temporarily secured state. The opening/closing door is configured to have a function of allowing further closing operation of the opening/closing door which presses the pressing body against the heating body by downward displacement. moreover,
A switch is attached to the substrate side, which is pressed by the opening/closing lid and is in series with the heater. Moreover, this switch has a normally open type that maintains the open state in the open state and the temporarily fixed state, and is closed by being pressed by the opening/closing lid while the pressing body is pressed against the heating plate. By using a switch, the above-mentioned conventional problems are solved.

When the opening/closing lid is closed, the lid comes into contact with the temporary stopper and the pressing body is temporarily secured in a position close to the heating plate, and at the same time, the switch, which is always maintained in the open state by this temporary securing, closes the opening/closing lid. to prevent it from being completely pressed and closed. In this temporarily fixed state, the opening of the resin bag is pinched by the heating plate and the pressing member approaching the heating plate, and in this state, the electric blower is operated to suck out the air inside the resin bag. After this, the opening/closing member is continuously pressed strongly against the substrate side. As a result, the opening/closing lid is pushed down while the upper end of the temporary stopper is displaced downward, so that the pressing body attached to the lid presses the opening of the resin bag more strongly against the heating plate. , improve the tightness of the opening. At the same time, the lid sufficiently presses the switch due to the opening/closing pressing displacement accompanied by the displacement of the temporary stopper as described above, and the switch is closed from the open state. For this reason, the heater of the sealing mechanism generates heat, so the opening of the resin bag is sealed by heat welding, and the fresh food is vacuum packed.

It is movably attached and can be rotated upward. Note that 3' in FIG. 2 indicates a state in which the opening/closing lid 3 is opened upward. The guide groove 12 is formed in the front plate portion 3b of the opening/closing lid 3 so as to pass through between the upper and lower surfaces and extend in the left-right direction (in FIG. 2, the direction perpendicular to the plane of the paper). An elevating shaft 25 having a cutter 24 fixed to its lower end and the cutter operating knob 11 fixed to its upper end is mounted on the guide groove 12 so as to be movable up and down and slidable left and right. This elevating shaft 25 is always urged upward by a spring 26.
When the knob 11 is pushed down against the spring 26, the cutter 24 protrudes from the lower surface of the front plate portion 3b. Further, in the front plate part 3b, a holding groove 27 parallel to the guide groove 12 is provided at a position on the front side of the guide groove 12 and opened on the lower surface of the front plate part 3b. An elastic tube of an appropriate length shown by the imaginary line is flattened and press-fitted, and slightly protrudes from the lower surface of the front plate portion 3b, thereby forming a pressing body 28.

Further, a heating plate 30 made of glass wool is fitted into the surface of the substrate 13 at a position below the pressing body 28, and a sealing mechanism 31 is formed on the lower surface of the heating plate 30 together with the pressing body 28 and the heating plate 30. A sheathed heater 32 is attached in close contact. Furthermore, base 1
A normally open micro switch 33 is fixed to the upper surface of the switch 1, as shown in FIG. 5 (cross-sectional view taken along the line A-A in FIG. 2). The upper surface of this switch 33 is aligned with the upper surface of the base plate 13, and the operation button 33a is projected from the upper surface and is opposed to the lower surface of the front plate portion 3b of the opening/closing lid 3. Further, a temporary stopper 34 whose upper surface position can be raised and lowered at least on the base 1 is attached to the base 1 so that the upper end thereof is attached to the substrate 1.
It protrudes from the upper surface of the front plate portion 3b and faces the lower surface of the front plate portion 3b. In this embodiment, this stopper 34 is always urged upward by a spring 35, and supports the opening/closing lid 3 from below as shown by the imaginary line in FIG. The micro switch 33 is prevented from closing on the lower surface of the lid 3b, but when the opening/closing control knob 10 of the lid 3 is pushed down by hand, it descends against the spring 34 as shown by the solid line in the same figure, and the front plate Closing operation of the micro switch 33 by the lower surface of the portion 3b is allowed.

8 in a thermoplastic resin bag 39, first open the opening/closing lid 3 to the position shown by the imaginary line in FIG.
Remove it from the nozzle 16, and while lifting the intake port 17 of the nozzle 16, cover the opening of the resin bag 39 containing the fresh food 38 around the nozzle 16, leaving the part containing the food 38 hanging in front of the base 1. . When the nozzle 16 is pressed by the leaf spring 20, the resin bag 39 is sandwiched between the inlet port 17 of the nozzle 16 and the substrate 13 and held at a fixed position. When the opening/closing lid 3 is lowered to the position where it hits the temporary stopper 34 (the position shown by the imaginary line in FIG. 5), the pressing body 28 approaches the heating plate 30 and the opening of the resin bag 39 is narrowed. 33 is still held open. Next, when the power switch 7 is turned on, the electric blower 14 is activated, and an airflow is generated which is sucked in through the intake port 16 of the intake nozzle 16, passes through the inside of the blower 14, and flows out from the exhaust port 36.
The air inside the resin bag 39 is sucked out and the bag 39 comes into close contact with the outer surface of the food 38. Therefore, when the opening/closing operation knob 10 of the opening/closing lid 3 is pushed down, the temporary stopper 3
4 and the operation button 33a of the micro switch 33 are pressed down to close the switch 33, whereby current flows through the sheathed heater 32 and the heating plate 30 is heated. Further, at the same time, the pressing body 28 is strongly pressed against the heating plate 30, so that the opening of the resin bag 39 is always clamped and closed between the pressing body 28 and the heating plate 30, and the food 38 can be sealed by heating. It is vacuum packed in a resin bag 39. Next, when the cutter operating knob 11 is pressed down, the tip of the cutter 24 is lowered to a position where it enters the slit 29, as shown by the imaginary line in FIG. Therefore, when the knob 11 is pushed down and slid along the guide groove 12 from the left end toward the right end (or vice versa), the resin bag 39 is cut at a position near the opening end near the seal portion. Then, after turning off the power switch 7 and stopping the power supply to the electric blower 14 and the sheathed heater 32, the opening/closing lid 3 is opened by lifting the knob 10, and the resin bag 39 in which the food 38 is vacuum-packed can be taken out. can.

If the width is much larger than the width of the bag, there is a problem that the part to be sealed becomes wrinkled, but this can be solved by attaching a bag opening mechanism shown in FIGS. 7 and 8 to the outer periphery of the intake port 17 Eliminate. In other words, a pair of expansion members 40 and 41 are bent into a U-shape.
loosely fit on the left and right sides of the outer periphery of the intake port 17 as shown in FIG.
