Conventional configurations and their problems Separate type air conditioners have only the indoor unit installed indoors and the outdoor unit installed outside, so the indoor noise is generally lower than that of integrated types such as window types. Although it has the advantage of being able to be installed in a room with no existing equipment, the problem is that it takes time to install because the unit is separated into multiple units. Especially for wall-mounted units, installation of indoor units is time consuming, which has been a hindrance to installation work during peak demand periods.

In addition, when installing the indoor unit main body on a wall, installation bars, installation plates, installation brackets, etc. are generally required, and there are many cases where a gap is created between the indoor unit and the wall, which may impair the aesthetics of the room or create a feeling of pressure. It was hot.

In addition, when installing a wall-mounted type in a Japanese-style room, it is usually installed between the edge of the ceiling and the lintel, and a through hole is made in the wall above the lintel to install piping, wiring, or a drain hose that connects the indoor unit and outdoor unit. However, if the distance between the surrounding edge and the lintel is narrow, it may not be possible to drill a through hole at a predetermined position, or it may be difficult to arrange the unit because the slope required for drainage cannot be maintained.

In such a configuration, the indoor unit main body 1
To give an example of installing the indoor unit body 1, first, using a paper pattern or the like, select the installation position of the indoor unit main body 1 while carefully considering the position of the through hole 10 to be drilled in the wall 9, and then decide the position of the installation frame 5. Then, fix the installation bar 5 to the surrounding edge 7 and the lintel 8 with the installation bar mounting screws 6. Next, attach the installation plate 3 to the installation bar 5 using the installation plate mounting screws 4.
Fixed to. Next, the through hole 10 is opened, the protective pipe 16 is passed through, and the connecting pipes 11 and 12 are inserted into the through hole 10.
Pass the connecting wire 13 and drain hose 14 through. After hanging the hooking claw 2 of the indoor unit main body 1 on the installation plate 3 and holding it, adjust the forward and backward inclination with the adjustment screw 15 and check whether the drain water discharged from the indoor unit main body 1 is smoothly discharged. Next, cover the hole cover 17 from the outdoor side and seal it with putty 18 to prevent rainwater from entering from the outdoor side.

Structure of the Invention In order to achieve this object, the present invention provides a pipe-shaped protrusion that protrudes from the indoor unit, cuts a screw at the tip of this protrusion, and allows the pipe-shaped protrusion to pass through a through hole in a partition wall. By sandwiching the unit and the wall and tightening the nuts that fit into the screws, the indoor unit is fixed to the wall surface, and the plumbing pipes, wiring, drain hoses, etc. that connect the indoor unit and outdoor unit are installed inside the pipe-shaped protrusions. It was designed so that it could pass through.

FIG. 2 shows a sectional view of an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 3 shows a front view. In Figure 2, 20
is a hollow pipe-shaped protrusion protruding from the indoor unit main body 1, and a screw 21 is provided around the protrusion. 2
Numeral 2 is a nut that fits into the screw 21 and clamps and fixes the indoor unit main body 1 across the wall 9. Reference numeral 23 is a buffer material made of a highly elastic and weather-resistant material such as urethane rubber.
It is used by sandwiching it between the and Natsuto 22. This serves as a buffer to obtain an appropriate tightening force when tightening the indoor unit main body 1 to the wall 9 with nuts, and by keeping the area of this buffer 23 in close contact with the wall surface 9 to an appropriate size. It is possible to obtain an appropriate pressure-receiving area on the wall 9, to firmly hold the indoor unit main body 1 to the wall 9, and to prevent the wall surface from collapsing. In addition, when the buffer material 23 is installed outdoors, it also serves as a sealing material that prevents wind and rain from entering the room. The buffer material 23 also serves as a vibration damper to prevent the vibrations of the indoor unit main body 1 from being transmitted to the wall, and may be placed on both sides of the wall to enhance the vibration damping effect.

Furthermore, if it is not desirable to tighten the screws to the indoor unit, it is of course possible to use a structure in which the nuts are tightened from both sides across the wall.
Reference numeral 24 denotes a fixture that protrudes from the indoor unit main body 1 at a position away from the pipe-shaped protrusion 20, and a screw 25
The indoor unit main body 1 is fixed to a wall or a pillar as necessary to prevent it from rotating.

In FIGS. 2 and 3, the same numbers as in FIG. 1 correspond to the same parts, and therefore the explanation will be omitted. To show an example of installing the indoor unit main body 1 in such a configuration, first select the installation position of the indoor unit main body 1, and insert the through hole 1 in the wall 9.
0, and insert the pipe-shaped protrusion 2 on the indoor unit main body 1.
connection pipes 11 and 12 through which 0 is passed;
Through hole 1 along with connection wiring 13 and drain hose 14
Pass the buffering material 23 through the threaded part 21 from the outdoor side and fix the indoor unit main body 1 across the wall 9 with the nut 22. If necessary, fix the indoor unit main body 1 with the fixing tool 24 and screw 25 to the wall or pillar. Fixed to prevent rotation. Next, after confirming that the drain water flows out smoothly, the outdoor pipe penetration part is sealed with putty 18. This completes the installation work for the indoor unit, so the installation work is much simpler than the conventional example. Although the above explanation has been made for the installation of an indoor unit, now that outdoor units have become lighter in weight, this mounting structure can be fully applied to outdoor units as well.
Further, in the embodiments shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, a through hole is provided on the rear surface of the main body for fixation, but it can also be applied to a case where a through hole is provided on the side surface of the main body for fixation.

Effects of the Invention The air conditioner mounting structure of the present invention includes a pipe-shaped protrusion that protrudes from the air conditioner body and penetrates the wall.
A threaded part is provided around this pipe-shaped protrusion, a nut that fits into this threaded part is provided, and the air conditioner main body and the wall are sandwiched and tightened with a nut to fix it to the wall. The structure is simple and easy to install. It requires few parts and is inexpensive, the installation work is easy, there are few restrictions on the installation location, and it can be installed closely against the wall surface. Furthermore, since the nut is tightened through a cushioning material, it has excellent effects such as alleviating vibrations transmitted to the wall.
