DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a spinneret, and more particularly to a spinneret whose discharge hole has a slit-shaped cross-section.

Originally, the discharge hole of a spinneret subtly influences the thickness of the molten polymer spun, and especially in the case of a discharge hole with a slit-shaped cross section, the molten polymer with a slit-shaped cross section is spun in the longitudinal direction of the slit. Stress is likely to occur due to the application of extreme pressure, which makes the thread shape unstable and frequently causes defects due to deformation.

In order to solve this problem, the length of the discharge hole must be made sufficient to attenuate and relieve the stress during spinning, and in order to prevent the molten polymer from wetting and spreading at the tip of the discharge hole, the As shown, the tip surface 1 of the discharge hole 1
One possibility is to make the area of a as small as possible.

Therefore, it is common practice to form a protrusion at the tip of the discharge hole 1 to reduce the area of the tip surface 1a, but it is difficult to ensure a sufficient length of the discharge hole 1, so for example, it is difficult to make the hole by electrical discharge machining. In case, 1mm
Although a certain length can be secured, the wall surface 1b of the discharge hole 1
The surface becomes extremely rough, and the molten polymer adheres and solidifies, clogging the pores. In addition, when drilling holes using a punch tool, etc., there is a problem with the strength of the punch tool, and the size of the discharge hole 1 is 0.2 mm in width and 50 mm in length, and the length of the discharge hole 1 is limited to about 0.5 mm. It was becoming.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a spinneret that can continuously spin yarn having a slit-shaped cross section without deformation or uneven thickness.

As shown in FIGS. 2a and 2b, the spinneret according to the present invention has a spinneret 2 having a slit-shaped discharge hole 1 in cross-section, and a nozzle tip 3 having a slit-shaped discharge hole 1. It is characterized in that it is divided in the longitudinal direction and is assembled into the base body 4 by being fixed by brazing, mold caulking, etc., or detachably attached by screws, etc.

Further, the tip of the discharge hole 1 of the nozzle tip 3 may be formed so as to protrude beyond the mouthpiece body 4, as shown in FIG.

Since the nozzle tip 3 is incorporated into the mouthpiece body 4 as described above, in other words, the nozzle tip 3 and the mouthpiece body 4 are separate bodies, and therefore are made separately. For example, when the nozzle tip 3 has the cross-sectional shape shown in FIG. 4, to make the nozzle tip 3, the bent corner of the material 5 with the cross-sectional shape shown in FIG. 5a is ground or electrically discharged as shown in FIG. Taper 6
Then, as shown in Figure c, the inner side of one side is ground or electrical discharge machined obliquely toward the leading edge of the outer surface to form a taper 6 to sharpen the leading edge of one side. Next, the polymer passing surface of the member 5' made in this manner is mirror-finished, and two of the members 5' are assembled with the outer surfaces of one side having a pointed end facing each other as shown in Figure d. On the other hand, in order to insert two sets of the nozzle tips 3 into the disc 7 shown in FIG. 6a, the mouthpiece body 4 is made by grinding or cutting a rectangular through hole 8 as shown in FIG. Drill through the hole in parallel. And the through hole 8 of this cap body 4
After the nozzle chip 3, which is made by combining the two members 5' facing each other as described above, is inserted between the members 5' with a spacer 9 interposed between them as shown in FIG. 7, and is fixed with, for example, a screw 10. , only the spacer 9 is removed.

Since the spinneret of the present invention can adopt the manufacturing method described above due to its structure, it is possible to make the length of the discharge hole 1 at least 10 mm or more.
The area of the tip surface 1a can be significantly reduced. Therefore, when spinning a molten polymer with a slit-shaped cross section, extreme pressure is not applied in the longitudinal direction of the slit, and stress is less likely to occur.
The thread shape is stable and does not cause deformation, uneven thickness, etc. Further, since the molten polymer does not wet and spread at the tip of the discharge hole 1, clogging of the hole and thread breakage do not occur.

Although the spinneret provided with two slits has been described above, the spinneret is not limited to this, and any number of slits may be used. Furthermore, although the spinneret has been described in which two slits are provided in parallel, the present invention is not limited to this, and any arrangement may be used.

As detailed above, according to the spinneret of the present invention,
It has excellent effects such as being able to stably spin yarn with a slit-shaped cross section without causing deformation or uneven thickness, and preventing clogging of discharge holes and yarn breakage.
