FIG. 1 shows a conventional tail thread cutting device for example in a spinning machine. In this figure, a traveler 3 is disposed above a ring rail 1 that moves up and down. The traveler 3 guides a thread around a bobbin of a rotating spindle 2 and winds the thread around the bobbin while twisting the thread. At the bottom of the spindle 2, there is provided a bottom thread winding part 5, where the ring rail 1 suddenly descends after the tube is full and the thread is wound several times. is getting rougher. A cutter device 6 is disposed above the tail thread winding section 5 and is fitted into the spindle 2 to cut the winding thread. As shown in FIG. 2, the cutter device 6 has a cylindrical shape having a protrusion 7 that regulates the tail thread, and a blade 8 that is lower than the height of the protrusion 7 in the axial direction of the spindle and cuts the tail thread. It has a shape.

As for the operation of the spinning machine, when the ring rail 3 descends to the same height as the tail winding part 5, the thread wound on the bobbin forms an inclined winding thread 9 and then winds the thread around the tail winding part several times. The yarn winding operation is completed when the spindle 2 stops rotating. This state is shown in FIG. When the full tube yarn 4 is pulled out from the spindle 2 during doffing, the tail yarn 13 comes into contact with the blade 8 between the projections 7 and is cut by this blade.

However, in the method of cutting the tail thread as explained in relation to Figure 1, the tail thread may not be cut reliably depending on the contact position of the tail thread with the cutter, the type of thread, the sharpness of the blade, etc. . In this case, the yarn of the tail bobbin winding section 5 remains connected to the full tube yarn 4 which has been pulled out from the spindle 2 and placed on the recovery conveyor belt (see FIG. 3). In this state, when an empty bobbin is fitted into the spindle 2 and the spinning machine is operated to rotate the empty bobbin, the yarn from the full yarn on the recovery conveyor belt is wound up onto the empty bobbin, resulting in a defective bobbin. Further, as this winding continues, the bobbin fitted into the spindle 2 becomes thicker than the specified diameter because the bobbin is doubly wound with the yarn from the full tube yarn and the yarn wound by the traveler 3. For this reason, there was a risk that the winding thread on the outside of the bobbin would come into contact with the guide ring of the traveler 3, and the frictional heat between them would cause a fire.

In FIG. 3, the full-length yarn 4 pulled out from the spindle 2 by an automatic doffing machine is conveyed to a conveyor belt 1.
0, and then an empty bobbin 12 is fitted onto the spindle 2. The belt conveyor is then driven before driving the spinning machine. The purpose of this is that as the conveyor belt 10 moves, even if the tail thread 13 is connected between the spindle 2 and the full tube thread 4 on the conveyor belt 10, the tail thread 1
3 will be terminated, so the aim is to prevent future troubles from occurring. In FIG. 4, MSM is a driving electromagnetic contactor for a driving motor of a spinning machine, MSC is a driving electromagnetic contactor for a belt conveyor, and TRC is a delay timer for performing a time delay of time T. Further, PC is a normally open contact which detects when the full tube yarn 4 is fitted into the peg 11 on the conveyor belt 10 and closes the contact. EB is a machine normally open contact that detects when an empty bobbin 12 is inserted into the spindle 2 and closes the contact.

According to the circuit configuration, when the full yarn 4 is fitted into the bed 11 on the belt 10, the normally open contact PC is closed and the conveyor drive MSC and delay timer TRC are brought into conduction. As a result, the belt conveyor is driven and the timer TRC starts operating. Here, the timer
The delay time T set by TRC is
0 in the traveling direction (in the direction of the arrow in Fig. 3), and the time required to move the belt by a distance (for example, 50 cm) that allows the tail thread to be cut off from the tail thread winding part 5. is set to . The normally open contact of the delay timer TRC remains open until the time T elapses, and therefore
Even if the empty bobbin 12 is inserted and the normally open contact EB is closed, the motor-driven electromagnetic contactor MSM is not electrically connected. When the delay time T has elapsed, the belt 10 has advanced by a predetermined distance in the traveling direction, and the tail thread has been pulled beyond its permissible range and has been reliably pulled off from the tail thread winding portion 5. After this time T has elapsed, the normally open contact of timer TRC closes and the driving magnetic contactor
The MSM conducts and the normally open contact of this magnetic contactor closes, driving the spinning machine motor.

As described above, in the present invention, the tail thread connected from the tail thread winding portion of the spindle to the full tube yarn from the spindle fitted into the pegs of the conveyor belt moves the conveyor belt a predetermined distance in the traveling direction, and then Since it drives the spinning machine, it can cut reliably. Therefore, the spindle cutting device 6
Even if there is a mistake in trimming the tail thread at the end, the fully threaded thread will not be wound onto the empty bobbin.
