[Industrial Field of Application] The present invention relates to a detergent composition for raw feathers that has excellent degreasing power and deodorizing effect and can impart a good texture to feathers after washing. [Prior art and its problems] In general, the raw feathers of ducks, geese, ducks, swans, chickens, etc. contain oil-soluble dirt such as wax and oil, as well as dirt, sand, dust, feces, urine, blood, and bacteria. ,
Dirt and grime from pests and other substances are attached, which causes foul odors. In order to obtain feathers for use in duvets, down pillows, down wear, etc., these dirt deposits must be removed by washing. If the removal of these stains is insufficient, a bad odor will occur and the product value will be reduced. The dirt adhering to the raw feathers is removed by removing dirt, sand, dust, etc. in the drying and dust removal process, and then by washing and rinsing in the washing process. The detergent used in the washing process is required to have degreasing power and deodorizing effect, and if the detergent is insufficiently effective, odor will remain on the feathers and reduce the product value. Cleaning agents used to remove these stains include, for example, a mixture of α-olefin sulfonate and a higher alcohol or alkylphenol ethylene oxide adduct (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 1989-1989-1)
26226), a mixture of α-olefin sulfonate, alkylbenzene sulfonate, and ethylene oxide-based ether type nonionic activator (Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 1987-
Publication No. 22087). In this way, specific anionic surfactants and nonionic surfactants are used in combination, but sufficient effects cannot be obtained, and when trying to obtain degreasing and deodorizing effects by increasing the detergent concentration, it becomes excessive. The feather fat is removed during the drying and sorting process, which damages the feathers and reduces their commercial value. Furthermore, the prior art required softening treatment after cleaning. Desirable feather cleaning agents are:
Excellent degreasing power and deodorizing effect at normal detergent concentration.
At present, there is no detergent that satisfies these demands, and does not impair the texture of the product. [Means for Solving the Problems] Therefore, the present inventors conducted intensive research to obtain a detergent composition for raw feathers that has degreasing power and excellent deodorizing effect and does not impair the texture. The inventors have discovered that a composition containing an amine oxide and an anionic activator in a specific ratio has an excellent cleaning effect, leading to the present invention. That is, the present invention uses an alkylamine oxide (A) represented by the general formula () and an anionic activator (B) as essential components, and the weight ratio of the (A) component and (B) component is A/B.
=20/80 to 80/20. (In the formula, R 1 is an alkyl group or alkenyl group having 10 to 20 carbon atoms, and R 2 and R 3 are alkyl groups having 1 to 3 carbon atoms.) Alkylamine oxide represented by the general formula () is obtained by oxidizing the corresponding tertiary amine, and in the present invention, the oxidation reaction with an aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution was used. As the alkylamine oxide of component (A),
Examples include lauryl dimethylamine oxide, lauryl diethylamine oxide, coconut fatty acid alkyldimethylamine oxide, coconut fatty acid alkyldimethylamine oxide, and hardened beef tallow fatty acid alkyldimethylamine oxide. The anionic activator (B) used in the present invention is not particularly limited, but examples include the following. (1) Alkyl or alkenyl sulfate having an alkyl group or alkenyl group having an average of 10 to 20 carbon atoms (2) Straight-chain or branched alkylbenzene sulfonate having an alkyl group having an average of 10 to 16 carbon atoms (3) Average Contains a straight or branched alkyl group or alkenyl group with 10 to 20 carbon atoms, on average within one molecule.
Alkyl or alkenylethoxy sulfate with 0.5 to 8 moles of ethylene oxide added (4) Olefin sulfonate having an average of 10 to 20 carbon atoms in one molecule (5) An average of 10 to 20 carbon atoms in one molecule (6) A saturated or unsaturated fatty acid salt having an average of 10 to 24 carbon atoms in one molecule (7) An alkyl or alkenyl group having an average of 10 to 20 carbon atoms, and having an average of 10 to 24 carbon atoms in one molecule. on average 0.5 to 8 moles of ethylene oxide, propylene oxide, or butylene oxide, or ethylene oxide/propylene oxide = 0.1/
At a ratio of 9.9 to 9.9/0.1 or ethylene oxide/butylene oxide = 0.1/9.9 to 9.9/0.1
Alkyl or alkenyl ether carboxylate (8) added in the ratio of α-sulfo fatty acid salt or ester represented by the following formula: [In the formula, Y is an alkyl group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms or a counter ion of the anionic surfactant, and Z is a counter ion of the anionic surfactant. R 4 represents an alkyl group or alkenyl group having 10 to 20 carbon atoms. ] Among these, (1), (2), (3), and (4) are preferred, and (1) is particularly preferred. The weight ratio of component (A) and component (B) of the present invention is 20/80 to
It is used in a range of 80/20, preferably 40/60 to 60/40. Outside this range, a composition with excellent degreasing and deodorizing effects cannot be obtained. In the composition of the present invention, the total amount of both components (A) and (B) is:
15 to 40 depending on the amount used per time, energy saving, etc.
It is desirable that the amount is at least % by weight. In addition, in the present invention, polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether,
polyoxyethylene alkyl phenyl ether,
Higher fatty acid alkanolamide or its alkylene oxide adduct, sucrose fatty acid ester, nonionic activator such as fatty acid glycerin monoester, inorganic or organic builder, solvent, solubilizing agent, fluorescent dye, fragrance, coloring agent, recontamination prevention Commonly used ingredients in detergents such as detergents can be blended. [Effects of the Invention] The feathers treated with the cleaning agent of the present invention have a small residual fat percentage, are appropriately degreased, do not require softening treatment, and do not generate any strange odor for an extremely long period of time. do not have. Furthermore, since the texture of the feathers is not impaired, its practical value is extremely high. [Examples] The present invention will be described in detail below using examples, but the present invention is not limited to these examples. Example 1 Table 1 shows the results of washing raw feathers with different ratios of sodium alkyl sulfate and alkylamine oxide. White goose and gray goose from China were used as raw feathers. Washing conditions: 5g of raw feathers
Add 200ml of water (bath ratio 1:40), add 1.5% of each of the ingredients shown in Table 1 to the raw feathers,
Washing was performed at 60°C for 30 minutes using a scrubmeter (manufactured by Toyo Seiki). After cleaning, drain the cleaning solution and add 200ml of water.
was added and rinsed at 40°C for 10 minutes, followed by rinsing a total of 5 times in the same manner. After rinsing, remove the feathers.
It was dried at 105°C for 2 hours, and the odor was evaluated and the residual fat percentage was measured using a Soxhlet extractor using dichloromethane as a solvent. The odor was evaluated by five panelists as follows:
This was done using a graded evaluation. ◎ There is almost no feather odor ○ There is only a slight feather odor △ There is a feather odor Particularly remarkable removal effects were observed in
It was in the range of 60/40 to 40/60.
