エーテル型非イオン活性剤の混合物(特公昭51−22087

キシエチレン硬化ヒマシ油と一般の非イオン活性剤を特
定の比率で含有する組成物が優れた洗浄効果を有するこ

ポリオキシエチレン硬化ヒマシ油の酸化エチレン(EO)
付加モル数が10〜200のものは、HLB(親水性・親油性バ
ランス)が11〜18であるので脱脂力が特に優れているば
かりでなく、その脱脂された脂の水への可溶化力が特に
優れており、脱脂された脂が洗浄またはすすぎ工程で羽
毛に再付着する事は全くない。酸化エチレン付加モル数
が10未満のものは脱脂力が優れているが可溶化力が劣
り、また酸化エチレン付加モル数が200を越えるものは
親水性が強くなりすぎて脱脂力・可溶化力がともに劣る

可溶化剤、蛍光染料、香料、着色剤、再汚染防止剤など

実施例1 表1に、ポリオキシエチレン硬化ヒマシ油とポリオキシ
エチレンアルキルエーテル非イオン活性剤との比率を種
々に変えた洗浄剤を用いて原羽毛を洗浄した結果を示し
た。原羽毛には、中国産ホワイトグース及びグレーグー
スを用いた。洗浄条件は、原羽毛5gに水200mlを加え
(浴比1:40)、原羽毛に対し表1に示す成分組成の洗浄
剤組成物を1.5%添加し、50℃で30分間洗浄機(商品名
スクラボメーター、株式会社東洋精機製)で洗浄を行っ
た。洗浄後、洗浄液を排液し水200mlを加え、40℃で10
分間すすいだ。このすすぎ作業は、同様の操作で合計5
回行った。ついで、すすぎ終了後の羽毛を105℃で2時
間乾燥し、臭いの評価を行うとともにソックスレー抽出
器にてジクロロメタンを溶媒に用い、残脂率を測定し

品としての洗浄剤組成物と、ポリオキシエチレン硬化ヒ
マシ油以外の活性剤を使用した比較品としての洗浄剤と
をそれぞれ用いて、中国産ホワイトグース及びグレーグ
ースに対し、実施例1と同様な条件で洗浄を行ない、残
脂率、臭い及び風合いの評価を行なった。その結果を表
