らず、表面板の裏面全面の塗布が強いられること
から接着剤の使用無駄は免れない。また、接着剤
に寄因して以下の如き問題点が生じる。即ち、エ
ポキシ樹脂系接着剤の場合、主剤と硬化剤を計量
混合しなければならず、しかも硬化物性面におい
ても、可撓性が不足しているため衝撃等によるハ
ガレが起つたり、端部の接着不良部分から全面剥
離が起こるなどの問題があつた。

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 1 ハニカムコアを芯材とし、これに表面板を接
着して成るサンドイツチ構造パネルの製造に当
り、ハニカムコアの表裏面にロールコーターで粘
度8000〜18000cpsおよびチクソトロピー係数1.2
〜3.5の湿気硬化性−液型ウレタン系接着剤を塗
布し、次いでハニカムコアの両面に表面板を重ね
合せて接着することを特徴とするハニカムサンド

1. When manufacturing a sandwich structure panel consisting of a honeycomb core as a core material and a surface plate adhered to it, a roll coater is used to coat the front and back surfaces of the honeycomb core with a viscosity of 8000 to 18000 cps and a thixotropy coefficient of 1.2.
