なる。 By the way, the polymer introduction hole 2 has a diameter of 2 to 4
mm and depth of 10 to 30 mm, the polymer introduction hole 2 is drilled by drilling, but the wall surface of this polymer introduction hole 2 is extremely rough as shown in Fig. 2a, so the molten polymer 5 is formed during spinning. As the spinning operation progresses, the molten polymer 5 adheres and grows and solidifies as shown in Figure b, making it impossible for the molten polymer 5 to flow out smoothly. The wall surface of such a polymer introduction hole 2 can be mirror-finished by polishing, etc.
As the number of polymer introduction holes 2 increases, the number of processing steps increases, resulting in an extremely expensive spinneret.

欠点がある。 Further, there is a spinneret made only of glass in which the wall surface of the polymer introduction hole 2 has a mirror surface, but this has drawbacks such as being easily broken when handled and increasing the back pressure when the thickness is increased.

提供せんとするものである。 The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a spinneret in which the wall surface of the polymer introduction hole is mirror-finished, allowing the molten polymer to flow out smoothly and capable of stable spinning.

である。 The details will be explained below based on the manufacturing process shown in FIGS. 3a to 3d. The third spinneret plate 1 shown in FIG.
As shown in Figure 3b, a large number of through-holes 6 with tapered tips are bored, and each through-hole 6 has a separately manufactured polymer introduction hole 2' followed by a polymer discharge hole 3' as shown in Figure 3c. Attach the glass thin tube 7 for spinning,
After that, the upper and lower ends of the spinning glass capillary tube 7 protruding from the upper and lower surfaces of the spinneret plate 1 were cut and removed as shown in FIG.

Therefore, the molten polymer flows out smoothly without being subjected to resistance or stagnation, and can be stably spun. In addition, since the tip of the polymer discharge hole 3' is made of glass, it has poor wettability with the molten polymer, and therefore, the threads tend to come apart very easily. Furthermore, the spinneret 8 of the present invention does not have to worry about breaking during handling, unlike conventional spinnerets made only of glass, and there is no need to increase the thickness, so back pressure does not increase. .
