[Detailed Description of the Invention] Conventionally, there are snow melting devices that melt snow using heat from heating electric wires, planar heating elements, hot water piping, etc., or snow melting devices that pump up and sprinkle ground water, tap water, or river water. However, it is not suitable as a device for effectively melting snow on the roof or space of a building. The reason for this is that it is impossible to install it on existing buildings by incorporating it inside the roof, and even in the case of new construction, special structures and costs must be invested due to the selection of structural roofing materials and the specification standards for disaster prevention equipment. No. Also, in the case of water sprinkling, passersby may be splashed with water.

The present invention is formed in a lattice or mesh shape to reduce weight so that it can be easily installed on the roof of a building, rooftop, or the top plate of a car, and the snow melting sheet has thermal conductivity on one or both sides to increase the snow melting effect. A fabric or film with a thin metal layer is pasted with adhesive, etc. to trap heat so that the entire sheet becomes a heating element, and it also improves the stability of installation when installed outdoors and the durability of the snow melting net sheet. In order to maintain its properties, the fabric or film attached to the sheet surface has a lattice pattern, and multiple cuts are made toward the hole in the center of the mesh so that the wind passes through the lattice pattern and mesh of the sheet, causing the sheet to roll up. It also prevents snowmelt water from flowing out through the grids and meshes, and preventing water from accumulating.

The present invention forms a lattice-like or net-like sheet 1 with vinyl chloride resin-coated heating wires 8, connects terminals 5 to both ends of the wires, and coats the entire surface of the sheet 1 or the entire front and back surfaces with a thermally conductive material. A woven fabric or film 2 provided with a thin metal layer 3 is pasted with an adhesive or the like, and a plurality of cuts 4 are formed in the woven fabric or film 2 toward the holes 9 provided in the center of the grid pattern and the mesh. This electrically heated snow melting net sheet is divided into sections to serve as heat insulation and to prevent the sheet from blowing away and to allow accumulated water from melting snow to flow out, and is characterized in that a connecting chuck 7 is provided at the edge of the fabric or film.

Reference numeral 6 denotes an edge provided integrally with or separately from the fabric or film pasted on the sheet, and a chuck 7 is attached to the edge. 10 is a plug. Further, the thin metal layer 3 is provided on one side or both the front and back surfaces of the fabric or film 2 by vacuum deposition, but the metal layer may also be provided by adhering gold foil.

The sheet of the present invention is attached with a fabric or film with a thin layer of thermally conductive metal on both the upper and lower surfaces or on one side, and the heat from the heating wire is transmitted to this thin layer of metal, creating spaces in the lattice or mesh. Since the entire sheet becomes a heating element, the snow melting effect is extremely significant, as shown in the above experimental results. Furthermore, since the main body of the sheet is in the form of a grid or net, it is light and easy to handle, and even when installed on a roof, etc., it is easy to work. In addition, the fabric or film attached to the sheet is divided into multiple pieces by making cuts toward the center hole of the lattice or mesh, so the wind blowing through the lattice or mesh will cause the sheet to roll up. In addition, melting snow water flows out through the cuts, and there is no accumulated water on the sheet, so the sheet can be used for a long time without damaging the sheet, fabric, or film.

Further, as shown in FIG. 3, snow can be melted over a wide range by connecting each sheet with a chuck provided at the edge of a fabric or film attached to the sheets and connecting the terminals of each sheet.
