The aim is to provide a method for producing bird's-eye-shaped balls with high reproducibility and long productivity. Conventionally, artificial wood grain decorative veneers are made by laminating and press-bonding common raw material veneers with a flat surface between a pair of form boards using an adhesive to form a veneer laminated frit. It was manufactured by scraping it to create a pattern. Therefore, the wood grain pattern reproduced on the decorative veneer surface was determined by the uneven shape formed between the pair of templates. However, the wood grain pattern and straight grain pattern have good reproducibility because the wood grain almost matches the fiber direction of the raw veneer, and the wood grain pattern itself is relatively simple, and it is possible to process about 200 to 300 sheets of raw veneer. Even if a large number of sheets were laminated, a nearly uniform wood grain pattern could be reproduced as a whole for Fritsch, but if the wood grain pattern was a circular pattern with a small curvature, such as a bird's-eye pattern, the uneven shape of the pair of templates could be reproduced. Even if it is complicated and pressed with strong pressure, the uneven shape can be reproduced near the front and back surfaces of the veneer laminated fritz as per the template due to the rigidity of the veneer itself, but it disappears near the center of the fritz and cannot be reproduced. However, the number of laminated raw material veneers has been reduced to 50 or more.
Productivity was so poor that it had to be reduced to about 100 sheets, about 1/6 to 1/3 of the conventional rate, and in reality it was difficult to commercialize it.

る状態を示す説明図である。 That is, the present invention is an artificial wood grain method in which raw veneers are laminated and pressure-bonded between a pair of templates using an adhesive to form a veneer laminated frit, and then the adhesive layer of the frit is peeled off so as to form a wood grain pattern. In a method for manufacturing decorative veneers, a raw material veneer with a pair of templates having a large number of uneven small irregularities on its surface and approximately circular depressions formed on the surface and a raw material veneer with a flat surface are used. The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an artificial wood grain decorative veneer, which comprises using a desired combination of boards and scraping the veneer lamination frits in a plane parallel to the veneer lamination surface. The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to drawings serving as examples. Figure 1 shows a combination of a raw material veneer with approximately circular recesses formed on the surface used in the present invention and a commonly used flat raw material veneer so that the surface is free. FIG. 3 is an explanatory diagram showing a state in which a pair of mold plates having a large number of uniform small irregularities are pressed together.

るなどの効果を有し、非常に実用的である。 First, the templates 3 and 4 used in the present invention are not templates having a pair of gently curved concave and convex surfaces as in the past, but have a large number of small irregularities on the surface which are uneven. Next, the raw material veneer has a thickness of about 0.2 to 2.0 mm without a wood grain pattern, but it is hardly noticeable, and is dyed in the desired color. Among the veneers, a veneer 2 is used in which a substantially circular recess is formed on the surface of the veneer. The depth and diameter of the approximately circular recess formed on the surface of the veneer 2 are arbitrary, but the diameter is preferably in the range of at least 5 mm to 5 cm. The approximately circular recess is preferably formed by pressing the veneer with a commonly used embossing roll or embossing plate. Next, a common wood adhesive is applied to the surfaces of the veneer 2 with the approximately circular concave molded thereon and the flat veneer 1, and the space between the pair of templates 3 and 4 is applied as shown in Figure 1. in a predetermined order
Approximately 200 to 300 sheets were laminated and pressed together at a pressure of approximately 10 to 30 kg/cm 2 for 3 to 24 hours to create a laminated veneer frit. Next, after preparing the fritchi, it is cut to a thickness of 0.2 so that the desired wood grain pattern is obtained on the surface parallel to the laminated surface of the veneer.
It was stripped to about 2.0 mm to obtain an artificial wood grain decorative veneer with the desired jade pattern as shown in Figure 2. As described above, according to the method of the present invention, since a veneer having an approximately circular recess formed on its surface is used as a part of the raw material veneer, the veneer in contact with the approximately circular recess of the veneer is also fritted. When bonded by pressure, it gradually deforms into a concave shape and blends in, creating a bird's-eye pattern.
Moreover, the jade pattern is reproduced not only by the uneven shape of the template as in the past, but also by the recesses made on the raw material veneer itself, so the shape and number of recesses made on the surface of the raw material veneer can be changed. By predetermining the position and the order of combination with flat raw material veneers, the same jade pattern can be reliably reproduced not only on the front and back layers of the fritchi but also in the center. Therefore, the number of veneers that can be laminated at one time can be increased as well as the grain pattern, compared to the conventional method using only the uneven shape of the template, and the reproducibility of the jade pattern is also very good. It is very practical.
