Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は改良された人工木目化粧単板の製造方
法に関し、その目的とする所は原料単板の表裏面
に施こす凹凸形状が短周期で単板の表裏面に同時
に現われる事を防止することにより人工木目化粧
単板の木目模様に天然木調の微妙で複雑な変化を

フリツチと化し、該フリツチの接着剤層が木目模
様となる様に剥削する人工木目化粧単板の製造方
法において
原料単板として常用の単板を周速度は同一であ
るが、周長の比が素数である相対する2本1組の
回転するエンボスロール間を通過させ、素裏面に
同時に凹凸を形成した単板を用いることを特徴と

形状の凹凸は第2図に示す様にロール2が1回転
する毎に現われることとなり、複雑さは激減す
る。従つて異なる周長の2本のロール周長比を大
きな素数比例えば41:37や31:29、53:49などと
しておくと単板の表裏面に同一形状の凹凸が同時
に表われる機会はいちぢるしく減少し、変化に富
んだ原料単板が得られる。なおエンボスロールの
組数を増加させるとさらに変化に富んだ凹凸形状
を表裏面に有する原料単板が得られることは言う

される木目模様も天然木調の複雑でかつ微妙な変
化を有し、自然な木目模様の変化を有する人工木

布量約150g/m2)を介して合計500枚を平盤な一
対の型板間に圧力20Kg/cm2で約6時間積層圧締し
