法に関し、その目的とする所は原料単板の表裏面
に施こす凹凸形状が短周期で単板の表裏面に同時
に現われる事を防止することにより人工木目化粧
単板の木目模様に天然木調の微妙で複雑な変化を
表現しようとすることにある。

様となる様に剥削する人工木目化粧単板の製造方
法において 原料単板として常用の単板を周速度は同一であ
るが、周長の比が素数である相対する2本1組の
回転するエンボスロール間を通過させ、素裏面に
同時に凹凸を形成した単板を用いることを特徴と
する人工木目化粧単板の製造方法に係わる。

る。従つて異なる周長の2本のロール周長比を大
きな素数比例えば41:37や31:29、53:49などと
しておくと単板の表裏面に同一形状の凹凸が同時
に表われる機会はいちぢるしく減少し、変化に富
んだ原料単板が得られる。なおエンボスロールの
組数を増加させるとさらに変化に富んだ凹凸形状
を表裏面に有する原料単板が得られることは言う
までもない。

てフリツチと化した。
