対し着脱自在に取付けた切削工具に関するもので

うことのできる切削工具を提供することを第二の

交互に形成し、また上記の嵌合穴の内周にも上記
凸部と凹部にそれぞれ対応し且つこれらと同幅の
凹部と凸部を設け、上記軸部の凸部の幅を嵌合穴
の凸部の幅より狭く、且つ両者の凸部が相互に密
着しうる突出量を有するように形成し、上記ホル
ダーの嵌合穴中央部に結合ピンを進退自在に突設
し、その突出端をヘツド軸部の中央部に設けた係
合穴に係脱自在に挿入し、上記結合ピンの軸部に
切欠部を設け、ホルダーに取付けたクランプ部材
の一部を上記切欠部に係合すると共に、切欠部と
反対側の軸部外周面と嵌合穴の内周面との間に複

る。ヘツド1は先端に切刃4を備えており、その
後端面に1段小径の嵌合軸部5を突設してある。
上記嵌合軸部5の外周面には、第4図に示すよう
に軸対称の位置に90度より若干小さい角度範囲に
わたり凸部6,6を形成してあり、各凸部6,6
間に90度より若干大きい角度範囲にわたり凹部
7,7を形成してある。即ち、軸部5の外周面に
一定の幅を有する凸部6と凹部7を交互に形成
し、且つ凸部6の幅を凹部7の幅より狭く形成し
てある。また、軸部5の端面には長円形の挿入穴
8、即ち対向した二辺が平行で他の対向二辺が円
弧状の穴8を形成し、その穴8の奥所にその円弧
に沿つた円形の係合穴9を形成することにより、

相互に密着するように形成されている(第5図参
照)。また大径嵌合穴13の一部には、第3図に
示すようにヘツド1挿入時の位置決め及び回止め

をはめている。また、軸部12の側面に長溝23
を設け、第7図に示すように、ホルダー2の外周
から挿入したキーねじ24をこれに係合し、結合

頭部11はヘツド1の挿入穴8を通過して、奥所
の係合穴9に達する。その上で、ヘツド1をホル
ダー2に対し約90度回転すると、第5図に示すよ
うに、ヘツド1の凸部6,6がホルダー2の凸部
16,16にそれぞれ密着すると共に、結合ピン
3の頭部11の鍔状部分が係合壁10に係合す
る。その後、固定ねじ21を締めると、結合ピン
3が引込まれ、結合ピン3を介してヘツド1がホ
ルダー2に固定されることになる。逆に、固定ね
じ21を緩めると結合ピン3がスプリング18に
よつて押出されるので、ヘツド1迅速に解放され
る。なお、固定ねじ21を緩めすぎても、キーね
じ24が長溝23に係合しているので、結合ピン

で、保管スペースも狭くてよく、交換作業の安全
性も向上する。また、ヘツドとホルダーの嵌合部
分において、両者の嵌合面に形成した凹凸部の対
応構造により、凸部相互の密着によつてガタツキ
を防止することができる。更に、結合ピンを介し
てヘツドをホルダーにクランプするものであり、
結合ピンはホルダに取付けられるので、ホルダー
に対する嵌合突起を一体に形成したものに比べ軽

に形成し、また上記の嵌合穴の内周にも上記凸部
と凹部にそれぞれ対応し且つこれらと同幅の凹部
と凸部を設け、上記軸部の凸部の幅を嵌合穴の凸
部の幅より狭く、且つ両者の凸部が相互に密着し
うる突出量を有するように形成し、上記ホルダー
の嵌合穴中央部に結合ピンを進退自在に突設し、
その突出端をヘツド軸部の中央部に設けた係合穴
に係脱自在に挿入し、上記結合ピンの軸部に切欠
部を設け、ホルダーに取付けたクランプ部材の一
部を上記切欠部に係合すると共に、切欠部と反対
側の軸部外周面と嵌合穴の内周面との間に複数個
の鋼球を介在したことを特徴とする切削工具。 2 上記結合ピンの軸部の一端に両側へ鍔状に突
出する長円形の頭部を設け、ヘツド中央部にその
