(発明の目的)
本発明は上述の問題点に鑑みてなされたもの
で、従来のチユーブ容器の胴部の製造装置にシー
トの巻回重合部の強度を向上させるための補強材
供給装置を設け、より一層大なる強度をもつチユ
ーブ容器の胴部を製造する装置を提供することを

(発明の概要)
この目的達成にため本発明は、巻取ロールから
繰り出される合成樹脂と金属箔との積層シート又
は合成樹脂の単層シートを巻き付ける心棒を設
け、該心棒の軸方向に沿つて、前記シートの巻回
重合部を加熱する加熱装置と、加熱された巻回重
合部を加圧する加圧ローラと、該巻回重合部に帯
状の溶融樹脂を塗布する押出機と、塗布された溶
融樹脂を加圧する加圧ローラとを順次配設し、前
記心棒の外周面には前記シートの送りローラを設
け、チユーブ状に形成された前記シートが前記心
棒から離脱した位置に前記シートを所定長毎に切
断する切断装置を設けたチユーブ容器の胴部の製

(発明の効果)
以上のように本発明の装置は、巻回されたシー
トの重合部に帯状の溶融樹脂を付着させる押出機
を設けてなるために、チユーブ容器の胴部に補強
材を簡便に装着することができ、しかもこの押出
機はシートの流れに対して上方に設けることがで
きるので従来の製造装置をなんら複雑化するもの

Claims (1)
箔との積層シート又は合成樹脂の単層シートを巻
き付ける心棒を設け、該心棒の軸方向に沿つて、
前記シートの巻回重合部を加熱する加熱装置と、
加熱された巻回重合部を加圧する加圧ローラと、
該巻回重合部に帯状の溶融樹脂を塗布する押出機
と、塗布された溶融樹脂を加圧する加圧ローラと
を順次配設し、前記心棒の外周面には前記シート
の送りローラを設け、チユーブ状に形成された前
記シートが前記心棒から離脱した位置に前記シー
トを所定長毎に切断する切断装置を設けたことを
