いた。 We perform polishing processing on items made of brittle materials that were conventionally considered impossible to roll, items with shapes that are relatively easy to break, items with complex shapes that tend to get caught on each other during processing, and items with surfaces that avoid dents. To do this, they were hung individually on a hanger hook and passed through the cleaning chamber by the conveyance action of the hanger hook. This method requires manual operation, which results in a large number of man-hours, and has the disadvantage that there is a natural limit to processing capacity, making it impossible to expect an improvement in productivity.

It includes a device 4, a workpiece unloading device 5, an abrasive material transfer device 10, an abrasive material cleaning device 11, and an abrasive material storage tank 12. The rolling device 2 includes a circulating belt 1 forming an apron 3.
It has 3. The side ends of the apron 3 are closed by rotating side plates 14, respectively. A door 15 is provided at the front of the cleaning room 1 to close the loading/unloading opening. A cover 17 is attached to the door 15, and one surface of the cover 17 is elastically made of, for example, a rubber plate 18.
It is placed on the circulation belt 13 in a sealed state. The cover 17 is provided with an opening 19 which can be completely or partially closed by a slidable lid 20 to adjust the flow rate of abrasive material and abrasive debris. Another cover 21 is arranged to close the space between the circulation belt 13 and the ceiling 22 of the cleaning chamber 1. A hole 24 is provided in the side plate 14 in an annular shape, and the maximum diameter of the annular hole corresponds to the charging height of the charge 7 consisting of the workpiece 8 and the abrasive material 9 from the surface of the apron 3. The distance is set to be 25 minutes away from the target. The circulation belt 13 is equipped with a drive web 26 so that the charge 7 can be smoothly rolled, and the height of the drive web 26 is approximately 1/3 of the height 25 of the charge 7. It is preferable to set Ideally, the circulation belt 13 should be configured to allow only sand and minute flakes peeled off from the workpiece to pass through. Although the holes pass through the holes and fall into the hopper 28, each plate of the circulation belt 13 itself may be provided with holes. However, the permeability of the abrasive material 9 at that time needs to be set to be smaller than the amount of the abrasive material 9 projected by the abrasive material projection device 6. Reference numeral 29 is a screw conveyor disposed at the bottom of the hopper 28 for delivering the mixture of the abrasive material 9 containing sand and abrasive debris stored in the hopper 28 to the discharge port 30; includes a screw conveyor 31 for sending the mixture to a bucket conveyor 32 of the abrasive material transfer device 10;
is installed. 11 is bucket conveyor 32
An abrasive cleaning device is arranged to receive the mixture sent by the device 11, and separates the mixture into each component using a magnetic drum, a wind separation mechanism, etc.; The removed abrasive material 9 is stored in an abrasive material storage tank 12.

The inside of the cleaning room 1 can be seen. The workpiece unloading device 5 is
It has a vibrating gutter 50 and a transfer belt 51 arranged below the loading/unloading opening of the grinding chamber 1, and the end portion of the bottom 52 of the vibrating gutter 50 adjacent to the transfer belt 51 is provided with abrasive materials and A hole 54 through which the abrasive flakes can pass is provided, and a funnel 5 is provided below the hole 54 to receive the fallen abrasive material and the abrasive flakes and supply them to the screw conveyor 31.

3 to the cleaning chamber 1 via the supply pipes 35 and 42.
Then, the abrasive material 9 is supplied to the container 40, and the abrasive material floor 16a,
16b. Next, the workpiece 8 sent from the transfer belt 41 is charged into the container 40. At this time, the workpieces 8 are sequentially and flexibly dropped onto the abrasive material bed 16a while the container 40 is being slid, thereby forming a uniform charge 7. Next, the container 40 is moved forward and its tip is exposed into the grinding chamber 1 with the door 15 open, and the container 40 is tilted to transfer the charge 7 to the abrasive material floor in the grinding chamber 1. Spray on 16b. In this case, the abrasive bed 16b present in the apron 3 and the abrasive material 9 flowing in with it prevent the workpiece 8 from colliding violently. After closing door 15,
The circulation belt 13 is rotated to the left in the figure to roll the charge 7 within the apron 3 while performing the cleaning process. At this time, the abrasive material 9 fed through the damper 34 and the supply pipe 33 is
It is projected towards the inside of apron 3. As a result of the rolling, different workpiece parts are always exposed on the surface of the charge, so that the workpiece 8 is uniformly processed. Furthermore, since a part of the abrasive material 9 surrounding the workpiece 8 within the projection range of the abrasive material 9 is blown away by the jet flow of the abrasive material 9, this also causes damage to the workpiece 8. It can contribute to uniform polishing process. The amount of abrasive material 9 that increased in the apron 3 during the polishing process is transferred to the side plate 1.
A suitable amount of abrasive material bed 16b is always formed by overflowing from the hole 24 drilled in the hole 24, which prevents damage to the workpiece due to rolling, wear of the circulation belt 13, and generation of noise. Effectively prevent. During this time, the damper 56 is also operated to supply the abrasive material 9 to the vibrating gutter 50 via the supply pipe 57, and the cleaning chamber 1
An abrasive material bed 16c is previously formed directly below the loading/unloading opening, and the workpiece 8 for the next polishing process is loaded into the container 40 as described above.

送ベルト51によつて次工程へと送り出される。 When the above-mentioned cleaning process is completed, the projection of the abrasive material 9 from the abrasive material projection device 6 is stopped, and then the door 1
5 is opened and the circulation belt 13 is reversed (rotated clockwise in the figure), and the charge 7 is sent out from the apron 3 and by extension the cleaning chamber 1 onto the vibrating gutter 50. At this time, as described above, the impact on the workpiece 8 can be alleviated by the abrasive material bed 16c and the abrasive material 9 flowing together. During further transport in the vibrating trough 50, the abrasive material 9 and sand or abrasive debris fall through the holes 54 into the funnel 55, reach the screw conveyor 31, and then together with those sent out through the discharge port 30. The abrasive material 9 is then sent to the abrasive cleaning device 11 by the abrasive material transfer device 10, where the abrasive material 9 is recycled. The polished workpiece 8 is finally sent to the next process by the transfer belt 51.

There is no need to hang the material on a hanger hook, etc., which greatly improves the grinding capacity.In addition, since the abrasive material floor is pre-formed in the grinding room and in the workpiece loading and unloading equipment, it provides a cushioning effect. It acts as a material to prevent damage to the workpiece and the generation of noise.Furthermore, it prevents the abrasive material being projected from directly colliding with the bottom wall of the abrasive chamber, reducing wear and tear on the wall components. In addition to improving durability,
It has various remarkable effects, such as being able to use inexpensive materials for these wall members and, as a result, making it possible to reduce the cost of the entire device.
