DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention provides a caisson with a lid, in particular a caisson with a lid that is filled with sand by pumping sand and water into the slurry state and filling the inside of the caisson with a water conveyance method using a sand pump or the like. A caisson body with a lid whose interior is partitioned into a plurality of chambers by a plurality of partition walls, and a caisson body with a lid formed at both upper ends of each of the partition walls and at an intermediate portion between the top and bottom of the partition walls. The caisson body is composed of a flow hole for the filling material, an inlet and a drain port for the filling material provided at or near a diagonal corner of the upper surface of the caisson body, and a filling material pressure pump, so that the filling material is supplied to the plurality of chambers. It is characterized in that it is sequentially pumped and filled through the flow holes.

以下図面によつて本発明の実施例を説明する。 Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

A plurality of communication holes 5 are opened at both ends and near the center of the upper part of the chamber to allow the sand water, which is conveyed to the slurry for depositing and is supplied from the injection port 6, to flow to the next chamber. Further, the above-mentioned inlet 6 and drain port 7 are provided at both opposite corners of the upper lid 2.

The caissons with lids, which have been manufactured in one piece including the lid on land and towed, are flooded with water and set to be submerged at a predetermined installation location. As shown in FIG. 2, an earth carrier 8 loaded with a filling material 10 made of ordinary sand is placed on standby near the caisson 1 with a lid set at the planned position, and a sand pump 9 mounted thereon is used to transport the earth into the earth. Immediately after the caisson is installed, the filling material 10 sucked from the caisson is forcedly injected into the caisson in the form of a slurry of sand and water through the injection pipe 11 connected to the caisson and through the injection port 6 in the upper part of the caisson. The inside of the caisson 1 with a lid is in a sealed state, and the mixed liquid pumped by the sand pump 9 presses out the water that had been filled inside for settling, and this discharged water is passed through the drain port 7 to the injection pipe. Drain pipe 12 connected at the same time as connection 11
The waste is recycled into the earth carrier's hold and used again to assist in suctioning the filler material 10.

As shown in FIG. 4, the partition chamber No. has an inlet 6.
Among the sand water injected into the chamber 1, the sand having a high specific gravity is accumulated without being transported to the next chamber and reaches the lowest position a of the circulation hole 5. If the pumping of the injected sand continues, as shown in Figure 5, the sand will begin to flow from the lowest distribution hole a to the next chamber, No. 2 partition, and will continue to flow until the distribution hole a is blocked. It will be done. After the communication hole a is completely blocked, the surface of the accumulated sand in the No. 1 partition rises and reaches the upper communication hole b, as shown in FIG. In Figure 7, from hole b in No. 1 chamber to No. 2
The outflow to the chamber and the outflow from the hole a of the No. 2 chamber to the No. 3 chamber occur simultaneously, and the simultaneous accumulation of sand in each chamber continues.
After the hole b in the No. 1 chamber is also blocked, the No. 1 chamber is almost filled with sand, as shown in Figure 8, and the uppermost circulation hole c
Only a small flow path is left for the outflow to the No. 2 chamber. The same situation is repeated for the outflow from No. 2 to No. 3 chamber, and finally, as shown in Fig. 9, filling with sand is completed at almost 100%.

The above is an explanation of the situation in three chambers seen from one side of the caisson, but the situation does not change even in six chambers or any other number of chambers, and sand accumulates sequentially from the inlet to the drain. is filled throughout the caisson.

According to the present invention, the inside is sealed by the lid,
Moreover, even in a caisson separated by a partition wall,
The circulation holes are located at both upper ends of the partition wall, so when a mixture of sand and water is injected with a pump, the water in the room is smoothly drained as it fills up, and the injected sand flows through the upper ends of the partition wall. By flowing into each corner of each empty chamber through the circulation holes provided in the sand, the sand is sufficiently filled to the top of the chamber, and as a result, the filling rate of sand in each empty chamber is close to 100%. effective.

In addition, in the present invention, the sand is pumped by a pump to fill the inner chamber, and the chamber at the end is not suctioned, so that the sand in the upper part of the chamber at the end is not forcibly removed by suction together with the water, and the chamber at the end is completely filled. There is also a big profit that comes with filling.

Furthermore, in the present invention, since the inlet and the drain are provided at or near the diagonal corners of the upper surface of the caisson, the sand to be filled is deposited in the direction from the inlet to the drain during the filling process. This prevents the sand from being an unbalanced load on the mound of the caisson foundation, and has the effect of filling every corner of the caisson with sand.
