布を型内で皺のない引張り状態とすることが至難
であるうえに、濾布の取扱いが極めて厄介で時間
を要し、このためにあげ生地成形の自動化に支障
をきたすという問題点があつた。そこで、本出願
人は前記のような型箱において、底板と押蓋の外
周部に溝型材を繞設して該底板と押蓋に添装した
濾布の周縁部を該溝型材内に圧入される弾性帯状
体により保持させた型箱を先に実願昭59―48977

る複数枚の成形用プレートとよりなり、各成形用
プレートは角形フレームの上下の開口面に孔明き
板を張設したプレート本体を濾布により被装した

プレートにプレス装置をもつて所定圧を加えれ
ば、各成形用プレートが角形フレームの上下の開
口面に孔明き板を張設したプレート本体に濾布を
被装したものであるから、豆乳液中の過剰水分が
濾布の布目と孔明き板の孔を通じて角形フレーム
内に溜り、各成形用プレート間にあげ生地が成形
される。しかして、あげ生地成形後は縦形型枠を
最下層の成形用プレート上にあるあげ生地の上面
より若干上方にまで上昇させたうえ最下層の成形
用プレートとその上に形成されたあげ生地を残し
てその上にある成形用プレートとあげ生地層との
積層体を若干持ち上げ、最下層の成形用プレート
をあげ生地共々縦形型枠の下方から外部に移動し
たうえ持ち上げられた残りの成形用プレートとあ
げ生地層との積層体の持ち上げを解き、最上層に
豆乳液と成形用プレートとを供給して再プレス
し、一方、孔明き板の孔と濾布の布目を通じて貯
留水が流出した移動済みの成形用プレートとあげ
生地とは分離してあげ生地の切断工程等の次工程
