A large number of pot-type seedling growers arranged in a row in front, back, left and right are well known.

方法を用いていて面倒である。 Furthermore, in the conventionally known method described in JP-A No. 49-30128, the pulp raw material is scooped out on the inner surface of a trapezoidal container made of wire mesh. A mesh-like smooth surface is formed by scooping, and an uneven surface is formed by solidifying the inner surface while being scooped. If the inner surface is uneven, the internal volume will not be sufficient, so in this known example, an inner mold is prepared separately and the method of shaping using the inner mold is used, which is cumbersome.
しかし、ポツトは、その外面は網目状平滑面で

確保できて生育良好なポツト式の育苗器となる。 However, it would be more rational to form the outer surface of the pot into an uneven surface that is solidified after being scooped out, rather than a smooth mesh-like surface, and to form the inner surface of the pot into a smooth mesh-like surface. That is, if the outer surface is formed into an uneven surface, the top soil supplied between the pots will swell and become soft, improving its water absorbency and allowing efficient watering. By making the inner surface a mesh-like smooth surface, a pot-type seedling nursery with sufficient internal volume and good growth can be obtained.
すなわち、特開昭49−30128号公報に記載され
たものの逆の構成にするのがよいのである。 In other words, it is preferable to use a configuration opposite to that described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 49-30128.

器としたものである。(Means for Solving the Problem) Therefore, in the present invention, the inner surface 1a is formed into a mesh-like smooth surface formed by being scooped out by the outer surface of the mesh trapezoidal form 3, and the outer surface 1b is solidified while being scooped out. This is a pot-type seedling raising device for pulp raw material, in which pots 1 formed on an uneven surface are successively arranged in front, back, right and left on the bottom side.

is a mesh-like smooth surface that is scooped out by the outer surface of the trapezoidal mesh formwork 3, so the internal volume of the pot 1 is constant, the amount of supplied bed soil is uniform, and the growth of seedlings is smooth. It disappears.

Since the outer surface 1b is a pot-type seedling raising device for pulp raw material in which the pots 1 formed on the uneven surface that are solidified while being scooped out are connected in a row from front to back and from side to side on the bottom side, the inner surfaces 1a of the pots 1, 1... Since 1a is a mesh-like smooth surface formed by scooping out the outer surface of the net trapezoidal form 3, the internal volume of the pot 1 is sufficient and constant. Therefore, the amount of soil supplied to the bed is sufficient and uniform, and the seedlings grow well and without spots.
