[Field of Industrial Application] The present invention relates to a paint for preventing dew condensation on the indoor wall surface of a building that is in contact with the outside air. It is related to paints. [Prior Art] The present applicant has invented and applied for a paint containing organic or inorganic color vehicles, diluents, alkaline chemicals, extender pigments, pigments, fungicides, pearlite, and zeolite (Japanese Patent Application No. 61-038814). )did. In this invention, the perlite and zeolite contained have a breathing effect through micropores, and by inhaling indoor moisture and absorbing it into the coating film, it prevents condensation on the wall surface and releases the inhaled moisture when drying. This is a paint that can prevent dew condensation on walls. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] The present inventors have conducted extensive research into improving the dew condensation prevention properties of the above-mentioned wall surface dew condensation prevention paint, and have arrived at the present invention. [Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention provides a paint containing an organic or inorganic color vehicle, a diluent, an alkaline chemical, an extender, a pigment, a fungicide, perlite, and a zeolite, and a super absorbent resin. It contains 0.01% by weight or more and less than 2.0% by weight. [Function] Examples of the organic or inorganic color vehicle used in the present invention include milk casein, soybean casein, glue, gelatin, funori, wheat flour, methylcellulose, vinyl acetate, other water-soluble synthetic resins, sodium silicate, and potassium silicate. Among these, methyl cellulose is preferred. As the diluent, water, ethyl alcohol, ethyl acetate, etc. are used, and when methyl cellulose is used as the color vehicle, water is preferred. Alkaline chemicals are used as dissolving agents for color vehicles, such as slaked lime, borax, and soda carbonate.
If necessary, an antifoaming agent such as a modified silicone emulsion, higher alcohol, or nonionic polyol is used. As extender pigments, chalk, heavy or light calcium carbonate, dung, barite powder, clay, etc. are used. As the pigment, titanium oxide, zinc white, tripon, etc. are used. As a fungicide, pentachlorophenol,
Sodium pentachlorophenol, parachloromethaxylenol, etc. are used. Perlite and zeolite are each used in the form of hygroscopic fine powder. As super absorbent resins, starch-acrylic acid graft polymerization systems, carboxymethyl cellulose cross-linked products, vinyl alcohol/acrylate copolymers, etc. are used, and they absorb about 1000 times more water, gel, and swell. , releasing moisture upon drying. The content of the super absorbent resin is 0.01% by weight (hereinafter simply referred to as %) and less than 2.0%. If it is less than 0.01%, no effect will be obtained, and if it is more than 2.0%, the resin will expand.
It causes unevenness in the paint film, impairing its strength and appearance. The paint of the present invention is obtained by uniformly mixing each of the above-mentioned materials, and this paste-like paint is applied uniformly to the thickness of about 1 to 5 mm on the indoor wall surface with a "brush" or "trowel". This can prevent condensation. [Example] A laboratory was divided into an indoor side and an outdoor side using a 2 mm thick glass plate. The indoor side was set at 25℃ and the relative humidity was 80%, and the indoor side was set at 0℃. The paint of the present invention was applied to a thickness of 1 mm and experiments were conducted until the moisture absorption rate was saturated. Saturated moisture absorption rate = (weight of moisture absorbed up to saturation)/(weight of dry paint) Table 1 shows the components and characteristics of the paint. In addition, coatings according to the prior art and those containing 2.0% of super absorbent resin are also listed in Table 1 as Comparative Examples 1 and 2, respectively.

[Effects of the Invention] By adding a small amount of super absorbent resin to the conventional wall surface dew condensation prevention paint, its performance could be significantly improved.
