にめり込み、結果、断熱材b表面と鉄筋fとの距
離、即ち建築基準法で定められているかぶり厚さ
が薄くなる欠点があつた。

上に打ち込みうる長さを有するもので、基準板1
上面から鉄筋載置用受部3までの距離は前記建築
基準法のかぶり厚さを保有する一定の高さ、即ち
断熱材4表面から鉄筋6の位置が一定になるよう
な距離に設定して固定されているものである。

持金具sを鉄筋の配置する位置に適当個数打ち込
んで設けた後、前記鉄筋載置用受部3上に鉄筋6
を配し、次いでコンクリート9を断熱材4上に打
設することにより、コンクリートスラブが形成さ
れるのである。このときコンクリート打設時に、
鉄筋6や断熱材固定兼鉄筋支持金具sに圧力が加
わつても金具sの杆体2は断熱材4を貫通して型
枠5へ打ち込まれ、しかも断熱材4が該金具で固
定されていることから、基準板1部分が断熱材4
中に従来のコンクリートスラブ形成方法の如く、
圧入されることはなく、従つて鉄筋載置用受部3
と断熱材4表面間の距離が変化することなく一定
のかぶり厚さをとることができるものである。加

当な位置で固定されているからコンクリート打設
時又はその打設時の各作業行程において移動した
りして問題を発生させることがないうえに、鉄筋
載置用受部3を前記の如く上方へ彎曲させて設け
ているときには、鉄筋6を配しても該鉄筋6が金
具sの受部3から落下したりすることなく、その
作業性を良好にすることができる。尚、この鉄筋
6と鉄筋載置用受部3との関係において両者を互
いに固定可能なようにするときには、鉄筋6の配
設時のあり方が更に固定的になることになるうえ
に、鉄筋載置用受部3の形状を第6図の如くする
ことにより、金具sの杆体2を合板等の型枠5へ
打ち込むときにその打設上面を保有することにな
り好ましいものといえる。
