止片が前記掛止受部と同一高さに配設され、ま

であつて、前記内枠体を前記張出縁及び前記床蓋
が前記内枠体の上部に配置されるように前記外枠
体内に嵌装しかつ前記錠装置を前記床蓋に装着し
たときには前記掛止片が前記掛止受部と同一高さ
に配設され、また、前記内枠体を前記張出縁及び
前記床蓋が前記内枠体の下部に配置されるように
前記外枠体内に反転して嵌装しかつ前記錠取付部
材を前記床蓋上に設置して前記錠装置を前記錠取
付部材に装着したときには前記掛止片が前記掛止
受部と同一高さに配設されるように構成したこと
