Conventionally, craft patterns such as Negoro, Gyaku Negoro, and Akebono had a large handicraft element, and the base coat, middle coat, and top coat were painted with a different color, and the top coat was partially sanded to create a pattern-like pattern on the middle coat. It is something. Polishing the topcoat requires a high degree of skill and a lot of manual labor, making it difficult to mass produce the above-mentioned pattern with a certain quality.

Therefore, various companies are developing applied mechanical patterning methods such as direct printing methods such as screen printing, tacho printing, and offset printing, transfer methods such as sublimation transfer and hot stamping, and electronic printing. Although this method is widely used, the inventors of the present invention have conducted intensive research and found that the transfer method is suitable. However, since the sublimation transfer method uses a sublimable dye, it has the drawbacks of insufficient hiding power and light resistance. On the other hand, the hot stamp method also has the following drawbacks. That is, conventional transfer sheets suitable for the hot stamping method include a two-layer transfer sheet with adhesive ink applied on the sheet, a three-layer transfer sheet with a release layer and adhesive ink applied on the sheet, and Transfer sheets with a four-layer structure are known, in which a release layer, an ink layer, and an adhesive layer are provided on the sheet. When transferring using a hot stamp method using a transfer sheet, it is difficult to transfer with a two-layer transfer sheet because the adhesive force between the cured paint surface and the adhesive ink is weak; When using a layered transfer sheet, transfer is possible, but in addition to the ink layer, a release layer or adhesive layer is also transferred to the cured paint surface, resulting in unevenness in the pattern expression. , and the adhesive strength was also incomplete.

The present invention eliminates the drawbacks of such conventional methods, and in particular is a pattern transfer method applying the hot stamping method, which does not have the above-mentioned drawbacks. That is, in the present invention, acrylic, acrylic urethane,
Apply a baking-curable paint such as polyester,
Before the paint is completely cured, the transfer ink layer surface of a transfer sheet on which a transfer ink layer of an arbitrary pattern is formed directly on a biaxially oriented polyester sheet without forming a release layer or an adhesive layer is brought into close contact with the transfer sheet. This pattern transfer method is characterized in that the transfer ink layer is transferred to the paint surface by the adhesive force of the paint by applying close pressure from the back side or applying heat and pressure, and at the same time, the paint is completely cured.

Since the present invention has the above configuration, it has the following effects. In other words, since the transfer sheet is brought into close contact with the paint before it is completely cured, the adhesive force of the paint can be applied, and therefore, even if the adhesive force of the transfer ink layer is weak, the ink layer can be easily transferred to the paint surface. be able to. Further, since the transfer ink layer can be used even if its adhesive strength is weak, the resin of the ink used can be arbitrarily selected, and the range of ink usage can be significantly expanded. Incidentally, the pigments and resins used in the ink need to be appropriately selected based on the qualities required for the desired product, such as light resistance and solvent resistance. Solvent resistance is affected when a top coat is applied to the surface of the product after transfer.

Further, the present invention has the advantage that the conventional painting line can be used as is, since the paint is applied and then transfer is performed by simply applying pressure and, if necessary, applying heat. The present invention therefore includes:
It is an industrially superior product that can easily and stably produce large quantities of colored products with craft patterns such as Negoro, Gyaku Negoro, and Akebono, and its practical effects are great. This will be explained in more detail with reference to Examples below.

On the other hand, a 2m/m thick aluminum A-1100 flat plate was subjected to the usual degreasing and chemical conversion treatment, and the dust on the surface was thoroughly removed using air blowing. The coating time was adjusted to 18 seconds using food cup #4, spray coating was performed, and after setting for 20 minutes, it was dried at 120° C. for 20 minutes and allowed to cool until the object 12 to be coated reached room temperature. As shown in FIG. 4, the transfer sheet 11 was brought into close contact with the surface of the object to be coated 12 using a silicone rubber roll 13, a metal roll 14, and an infrared heater 15, and the surface temperature of the silicone rubber roll 14 was 190°C and the speed was 2.5. The transfer was carried out by heating and pressurizing under conditions of m/min, and the paint was also completely cured. Top clear coating was applied to this surface using the clear paint used in Example 1.
A beautiful aluminum decorative board with a Negoro pattern as shown in Fig. 5 was obtained.
