きるようにした建築物の大組柱型枠装置を提供せ
んとするものである。

以下本発明による大組柱型枠装置の一実施例を

3段に角パイプ2丁合わせの端太材3にて補強し
た広幅の型枠パネルで、この型枠パネル1は相対
向して設けられ、各型枠パネル1の互いに反対側
の側端に細幅の型枠パネル4が回動可能に支持さ
れている。即ち各細幅の型枠パネル4の両側端
に、前記広幅の型枠パネル1の側端に当接結合す
るアングル材5が固設され、一側端のアングル材
5にヒンヂプレート6が上、中、下3段に固設さ
れ、この各ヒンヂプレート6のボルト穴と広幅の
型枠パネル1に於ける端太材3の端部に穿設され
た長孔7にヒンヂボルト8が挿通され締付けられ
て、細幅の型枠パネル4が広幅の型枠パネル1の
側端に回動可能に支持されている。従つて、柱の
二側面の型枠パネル4が開閉可能となつている。
なお端太材3の端部に長孔7を穿設する代りにヒ
ンジプレート6に長孔を穿設し、端太材3の端部
にボルト穴を穿設してもよい。この細幅の型枠パ
ネル4を回動して閉じたその外側で、相対向する
端太材3の端部間にはタイボルト9を締付張架し
て、相対向する広幅の型枠パネル1間がコンクリ
ートの打設により拡がらないようにしてある。広
幅の型枠パネル1の上段の端太材3には左右にハ
ンガー取付金具10が設けられていて、これに上
端にローラ11を有する伸縮可能なハンガー12
の下端が着脱可能に結合されるようになつてい
る。そして、このハンガー12にて大組スラブ・
梁型枠装置(詳細は図示省略)の両側端の進退可
能な梁側型枠の下端に設けたハンガーレールに広
幅の型枠パネル1を走行可能に吊垂するようにし
てある。広幅の型枠パネル1の外面には後述する
リフテイングフレームで吊り上げる為の吊り金具
13が水平に取付けられている。尚、細幅の型枠
パネル4は、建築物の角部に配される大組柱型枠
装置以外広幅の型枠パネル1よりも上端を低くし
てあつて所定位置に据付けた際、この部分に梁底
型枠の端部のL形鋼製型枠が配されるようになつ
ている。

体構造物Bの外に引き出して第3図Cの実線に示
す如く吊り上げる。そして第3図dに示す如く柱
鉄筋20が配筋され、キツカー21が躯体構造物
Bのスラブコンクリートと一体に設けられた2階
の所定位置に移動し、柱鉄筋20を内側に挾んで
吊り降ろし、予めキツカー21の外面に配置した
