本発明は、錠剤を必要数量宛取り出すための錠

本発明を図示実施例に従つて説明すれば、1は
台板であつて、その一側に錠剤ホツパー2が設け
られている。3は移送板であつて、不透明な材料
によつて構成されており、錠剤ホツパー2の下
側、即ち台板1上に配設され錠剤の供給を受ける
ようになつている。この移送板3は、図示実施例
のように円板状に形成しその中心部を軸として回
転するように構成し、或はベルトコンベヤー状に
構成してある。4は錠剤嵌挿孔であつて、移送板
3の適宜位置に穿孔され、錠剤が嵌合し更には下
方に落下するように構成されている。この錠剤嵌
挿孔4は計数上必要な数だけ設けられている。5
は堰であつて、錠剤ホツパー2の錠剤出口におけ
る前方に位置する移送板3上に接近させて台板1
に設けられたものであり、錠剤ホツパー2から移
送板3上に供給される錠剤を錠剤嵌挿孔4に誘導
すると共に、妄りに錠剤が他所に流出しないよう
にするためのものである。この堰5をスポンジの
ような弾性材によつて構成すると共に機械的或は
電磁的に作動する加振器6を附設して、堰5更に
は移送板3に適宜な振動を与えるようにしておく
と錠剤の錠剤嵌挿孔4に対する嵌合が効率よく行
なわれる。7は受光筒であつて、その内側には光
電変換素子8が設けられており、外側における光
を受けることによつて作動するものである。この
受光筒7は移送板3の進行通路における下側の台
板1に対して斜めに設けられており、移送板3の
錠剤嵌挿孔4に対向するように錠剤嵌挿孔4の数
だけ設けられている。受光筒7を斜めに設けるこ
とは、垂直に開口する錠剤嵌挿孔4を介して斜め
方向だけの光を受光することから、錠剤嵌挿孔4
に嵌合した錠剤と錠剤嵌挿孔4の周縁部との間に
多少の間隙があつても充分に遮光することができ
るのである。9は錠剤受取装置であつて、計数さ
れた錠剤を受け取るためのものであり、適宜な錠
剤の充填、包装機構を具備させることもできる。
10は錠剤受取装置9の入口開閉板であつて、移
送板3の錠剤嵌挿孔4に嵌合した錠剤を受取るた
めに開閉するものであり、錠剤嵌挿孔4に錠剤a
が嵌合しているか、嵌合していないかの状態を受
光筒7によつて感知し、錠剤が全ての錠剤嵌挿孔
4に嵌合している時にのみその状態を受光筒7,

ば、錠剤が錠剤嵌挿孔4に嵌合しておらず、光が
受光筒7に入れば、その光は光電変換素子8によ
つて電流に変換されトランジスターTによつて増
幅し、制御整流素子S.C.R.に信号を与える。この
制御整流素子S.C.R.の作動によつてリレーLが働
き、スイツチS2が閉じられて開閉板駆動用電磁石
11が作動し入口開閉板10を閉塞するのであ
