Claims (1)
トと、両スプロケツト間に掛渡した無端状のチエ
ンと、このチエンに所定間隔毎に交互に連結さ
れ、少なくとも一部の搬送区間において鉛直状態
を維持して直線上を搬送されるそれぞれ複数の第
1ロツドと第2ロツドと、上記第1ロツドのそれ
ぞれに昇降自在に設けられ、グルーピング機構に
よつてグルーピングされた物品群間に間隔を形成
し、かつその間隔内に仕切板を挿入する仕切板挿
入機構と、上記第2ロツドのそれぞれに昇降自在
に設けられて搬送方向の前後に隣接した物品群の
中間に挿入され、前方の物品群における後方の物
品と後方の物品群における前方の物品とをそれぞ
れ支持して各物品の転倒を防止する転倒防止部材
と、上記搬送区間において上記仕切板挿入機構を
昇降させる第1カム手段と、上記搬送区間におい
て上記転倒防止部材を昇降させる第2カム手段と
を備え、上記第1カム手段は、上記搬送区間内の
所要位置において上記仕切板挿入機構を上方から
容器群に向けて降下させ、該仕切板挿入機構を容
器に係合させて上記間隔を形成させるようにし、
また上記第2カム手段は、上記仕切板挿入機構が
上記間隔を形成する前に、上記転倒防止部材を上
方から隣接する容器群の中間に挿入することを特
