It is known that it has the following advantages, and in recent years it has been partially used as a means for drilling, cutting, drilling, etc.

As shown in the figure, as the spring part a is largely shaved off, smooth straight lines and curves cannot be obtained at the edges of the excavated part, and the more complex the pattern, the less sharp it becomes. There are problems. This seems to be because the spring grain part of the wood, which has a smaller cell density, thermally decomposes and vaporizes faster than the autumn grain part, which has a higher cell density.

It lacks sharpness and has insufficient cosmetic properties, and the filled resin liquid penetrates into the wood around the excavated pattern, causing the colored pattern to bleed. There was a drawback that the formed convex pattern part could be chipped by a slight external force.

である。 The present invention eliminates the drawbacks and problems of decorative wood materials produced by laser processing.
Specifically, a resin-injected thin wooden board is integrally attached to the surface of a wooden substrate, and a laser beam is irradiated from the surface of the resin-injected wooden board to penetrate through the resin-injected thin wooden board and reach the wooden substrate. This decorative board is made by excavating and forming a deep concave pattern, filling and hardening synthetic wood into the concave pattern, and then fixing and integrating the filling resin to the wooden base material. The edges of the excavated pattern are sharpened by laser processing. To provide a decorative board which has a beautiful decorative surface without oozing out of the filling resin from the excavated pattern, and has excellent durability without causing the filling resin to fall off or damage to the wood parts.

The wood base material 1 is made by filling and solidifying the resin, and the bottom of the filled resin is exposed on the bottom of the concave pattern.
It is solidified while biting into the uneven rough surface of the wood base material 1, and is firmly fixed and integrated with the wooden base material 1, and the surface is formed into a smooth surface flush with the protruding surface of the concave pattern 3.

It is preferable to use a material with a thickness of 5 mm or more in order to increase the surface hardness, and a thickness of 5 mm or less is preferable because it is possible to carve a concave pattern using a laser beam in a short time.

In the case of a complicated pattern 3', a masking material or the like having a through hole with the same pattern as the concave part of the pattern is placed on the surface of the WPC thin plate 2, and a laser beam is irradiated from above to form the through hole. A corresponding excavation pattern may be engraved.

The edges 5 of the concave pattern 3 excavated in the thin plate 2 are formed sharply, and the carbonization of the wood is suppressed, resulting in a uniform decorative surface from the side wall portion 4 of the pattern 3 to the surface without discoloration. This is the result.

A dark brown finely uneven rough surface 6 is formed due to the difference in cell density in the eye area.

である。 At this time, since the WPC thin plate 2 is attached to the surface of the wooden base 1, the filling resin liquid does not seep into the upper surface layer of the decorative board, and the boundary between the concave pattern 3 and the filling resin becomes clear, and the pattern is clearly visible.

である。 As described above, the present invention creates a concave pattern deep enough to penetrate the resin-injected thin wooden board and reach the wooden substrate by irradiating a laser beam onto a wooden substrate on which a resin-injected thin wooden board is attached. This relates to a decorative board made by filling and solidifying a synthetic resin into the recessed pattern, and then fixing and integrating the filled resin to a wooden substrate. Due to uniform thermal decomposition of the resin-injected thin wood board in the surface layer, its edges are formed into sharp, clear lines and curves, and the physical properties such as hardness and abrasion resistance are enhanced by the injected resin. Even if the pattern is minute and complicated, it can eliminate chipping or damage to the pattern.

とができる。 In addition, since the synthetic resin 7 is integrally filled into the concave pattern 3, the entire surface of the decorative board is smoothed, and even if dust or the like adheres to it, it can be easily wiped off. The synthetic resin injected into the patterned area gives it a remarkable transparency and makes the wood grain pattern appear three-dimensional, and these and the synthetic resin in the concave pattern create a beautiful makeup with an excellent design appearance. In addition, the synthetic resin in the concave pattern does not leak into the resin-injected thin wood board, and the border with the pattern edge appears clearly, creating an inlay-like makeup, making it suitable for various crafts and decorative materials. ,furniture,

It is highly durable and has no risk of damage.
