受渡しする様な材料供給装置において、特にプレ
ス材料を吸着装置で移送する構成のものに関す
る。此種装置としては、例えば特開昭55−30321
号に開示されている様に、1対の吸着装置と、此
等吸着装置間に設けられた移動台とで構成された
ものがある この装置においては第1のプレス機械から第1
吸着装置で取出されたプレス材料は、まず移動台
に乗せられて第2吸着装置側に搬送され、次いで
このプレス材料は第2の吸着装置で吸着されて第
2のプレス機械に供給される。

機械6,7のラム昇降時間を短縮して運転速度を
早くする事が出来ると云う利益がある。

この第1吸着装置2の動作を円滑にするため、可
動載台3は、第2吸着装置2′がプレス材料Mを
引上げたと同時に先行側プレス機械6に向け移動
し、第1吸着装置2の復帰前に受取位置P1に先
行到着している様設計する事が望ましい。

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 1 1対のプレス機械間に、先行側プレス機械に
近接する第1吸着装置と、後続側プレス機械に近
接する第2吸着装置と、此等1対の吸着装置間を
往復移動する可動載台とを設け、上記1対の吸着
装置は夫々吸着手段を設けたアームを有すると共
に、移送体系により相互に接離方向へ連動移行せ
しめられる様構成し、上記移送体系は、上記1対
の吸着装置を、その吸着手段が上記プレス機械の
プレス加工動作中はプレス機械の近辺に定置する
一方上記1対のプレス機械のラムが上昇中には所
定時間各プレス機械の金型上に近接する様移送す
る構成とし、上記第1吸着装置は、その吸着手段
によつて、先行側プレス機械の金型上にあるプレ
ス材料を吸着すると共にこれを先行側プレス機械
の近辺に設定された定置位置において解放する様
構成し、これに対し上記第2吸着装置は、その吸
着手段により、後続側プレス機械の近辺に設定さ
れた定置位置においてプレス材料を吸着する一方
このプレス材料を後続側プレス機械の金型上にお
いて解放する様構成し、上記可動載台は、上記第
1吸着装置の定置位置でプレス材料を受取ると共
に、このプレス材料を、上記1対のプレス機械の
プレス加工動作中に上記第2吸着装置の定置位置
に搬送し、更に上記1対のプレス機械のラムが金
型から離れている期間中における所定時間に上記
第2吸着装置の定置位置から上記第1吸着装置の
定置位置迄空台状態で移動する様構成したプレス
機械の材料供給装置において、上記移送体系を上
記1対のプレス機械間に設けられた1本の無端紐
帯と、この無端紐帯を往復動作させる1箇の駆動
手段とで構成し、上記1対の吸着装置は上記無端
紐帯の対向する1対の紐帯面部に各別に連結し、
上記駆動手段は上記無端紐帯を上記吸着装置の所
要移動行程と合致する様に往復動せしめる様に構
成した事を特徴とするプレス機械の材料供給装
置。
