In order to eliminate these drawbacks, methods such as applying a cross-linked resin paint etc. to the surface of flooring materials that have a conventional foam layer, or using a non-foam layer instead of a foam layer, have been developed.
A method of providing a crosslinked resin on this surface has been studied. However, the former method has the problem that the foam layer has a large heat storage capacity, so even if the cross-linked resin coating can withstand the heat of a cigarette, the foam layer on the underside may deteriorate or burn due to heat. There was a problem in that when the cross-linked resin coating was worn out during use as a flooring material, the resistance to cigarette flames was greatly reduced. On the other hand, the latter method has better cigarette flame resistance than the former method, but since it is made of organic material, if the cigarette is left until it burns out, the flooring will get scorched and a satisfactory cigarette flame resistance will not be obtained. mosquito,
Since there is no foam layer, cushioning properties, walkability, heat insulation properties, and soundproofing properties are poor, and the flooring material is heavy, making it difficult to install.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below based on the drawings. As shown in FIG. 1, the flooring material of the present invention is obtained by laminating a sheet material 2 made of paper or cloth impregnated with a synthetic resin containing metal powder on the surface of a foam layer 1; A crosslinked vinyl chloride resin 3 is laminated on the top surface.

In the present invention, the vinyl chloride resin layer on the surface of the flooring material must be cross-linked; if it is not cross-linked, the vinyl chloride resin will melt or turn black when lit by a cigarette, resulting in an extremely unsightly appearance. Become. The vinyl chloride resin used may be a homopolymer or a copolymer, and has plasticity, stabilizer,
It may contain fillers, pigments, etc., and the types of these additives are not particularly limited.
To obtain a crosslinked vinyl chloride resin layer, for example, a compound having at least two reactive ethylene bonds and a peroxide or a thiocyanuric acid derivative are added to the vinyl chloride resin composition to thermally crosslink it, or the reactive ethylene A photosensitizer may be added to the group-containing compound and crosslinked by ultraviolet irradiation. Since this vinyl chloride resin composition is crosslinked by adding a crosslinking agent in any case, plastisol is preferable. The crosslinked vinyl chloride resin layer is made by attaching a film processed by a calendering method to a sheet-like material made by impregnating the underlying paper or cloth with a synthetic resin containing metal powder, or by attaching an adhesive to the vinyl chloride resin layer that can hide the metal color described later. However, if vinyl chloride resin is interposed between a sheet of paper or cloth impregnated with a synthetic resin containing metal powder, the paste is coated on the lower layer and then cross-linked. is preferable. This is because if the polyvinyl chloride is processed into a film by a calendering method or the like, the polyvinyl chloride will be crosslinked during processing, making it difficult to thermally bond it to the underlying vinyl chloride resin layer. The thickness of the cross-linked vinyl chloride resin layer is preferably 0.1 to 1 mm; if it is too thin or too thick, the resistance to cigarette burns will decrease, and if it is too thick, the flooring will be difficult to cut, resulting in poor workability. It also gets worse.

Since the flooring material of the present invention has a foam layer laminated with a sheet-like material made of paper or cloth impregnated with a synthetic resin containing metal powder, it has significantly improved resistance to cigarette burns. In other words, if a foam layer is present under the flooring material, the insulation effect of the foam will significantly impede the resistance of the flooring material to cigarette burns, but if the foam layer is above the foam layer, paper or cloth contains metal powder. This is because when a sheet-like material impregnated with a synthetic resin is provided, the sheet-like material has good thermal conductivity, so that the heat of the cigarette is diffused and radiated without being partially stored. Synthetic resins containing metal powder to be impregnated into paper or cloth include emulsion type ones such as rubber emulsion, vinyl chloride resin emulsion, acrylic resin emulsion, etc.
Paste types such as organosol and plastisol of vinyl chloride resin, solution types such as solvent solutions of vinyl chloride resin and acrylic resin, etc. can be used. An emulsion type is preferred from the viewpoint of workability when impregnating paper, cloth, etc. Further, from the viewpoint of adhesiveness with the upper vinyl chloride resin layer, vinyl chloride resin or acrylic resin is preferable as the resin.

As the metal powder, powders of iron, aluminum, copper, nickel, etc. can be used, but they are toxic, corrosion resistant,
Aluminum powder is preferred from the viewpoint of weight reduction.
The metal powder content must be 20 parts by weight or more, preferably 50 parts by weight or more, per 100 parts by weight of the resin. Metal powder content
If it is less than 20 parts by weight, the thermal conductivity will be poor and the cigarette flame resistance will be poor.

Since the flooring material of the present invention includes a foam layer, it has good cushioning properties. As the foam, foams having cushioning properties such as polyurethane foam, rubber foam, polyvinyl chloride foam, and polyethylene foam can be used. The foam and paper or cloth may be bonded together using an adhesive, or a liquid foamable composition may be applied to the surface of the paper or cloth and then foamed and cured. As the liquid foamable composition, mechanically foamed polyurethane, rubber latex or polyvinyl chloride paste or polyvinyl chloride paste containing a foaming agent can be used.

The crosslinked vinyl chloride resin layer provided on the surface of the flooring material of the present invention may be transparent or opaque, but if it is transparent, paper or paper is applied to the surface of the foam layer 1 as shown in FIG. A vinyl chloride resin layer 4 whose upper layer is a cross-linked vinyl chloride resin layer 3 and a lower layer which can hide the color of the metal powder on the upper surface of a laminated sheet material 2 made of cloth impregnated with a synthetic resin containing metal powder.
It is preferable to laminate two layers. Even if the vinyl chloride resin layer that can hide the color of the metal powder cannot hide the color of the metal powder by itself, it can be used by interposing a printed layer between the crosslinked vinyl chloride resin layer and this vinyl chloride resin layer. The color of the metal foil may be hidden. Furthermore, by providing a printed layer as described above, a flooring material with excellent fashionability that does not erase the pattern even when the surface of the flooring material is abraded can be obtained. The vinyl chloride resin layer that can hide the color of the metal powder may be crosslinked or non-crosslinked, and ordinary vinyl chloride resin homopolymers or copolymers can be used, but vinyl chloride resin It is preferable that the total amount of filler and pigment is 20 parts or more per 100 parts. If the total amount of filler and pigment is too small, it will not only be difficult to hide the color of the underlying metal powder, but also the thermal conductivity will be low, resulting in poor resistance to cigarette burns. In terms of resistance to cigarette smoke, the total amount of filler and pigment for 100 parts of vinyl chloride resin is 40 parts.
It is more preferable that the amount is more than 1 part. To laminate a vinyl chloride resin layer capable of hiding the color of metal powder, a sheet material 2 made of paper or cloth impregnated with a synthetic resin containing metal powder is coated with an adhesive and a paste is applied, or All you have to do is nemirat the calendar film.
