本発明は、ドウシートより切り出された線材を
1本置きに左右に振り分け移送し、それらを折り
返して同一の主ベルトコンベアー上の前後に導
き、それら線材の先端部を上記コンベアーに対し
て直角方向に揺動させつつ上記コンベアー上に供
給することを特徴とするドウシート加工方法であ
る。第1図は、ドウシート1を切刃ロール2,3
間に差し入れ、線材4,5に切り出す様子を示す
もので、切り出された線材4,5は、下方に向か
うことなく切刃ロール2,3に溝に付着したまま
1本置きに左右に振り分けられる。従来は、切刃
ロール2,3間から出た線材4,5は、左右に分
れる前に直ちにスクレイパー17,18によつて
切刃ロール2,3から剥離され、強制的に下方に
方向付けられていた(第1図A)。本発明におい
ては、従来のように直ちに剥離することなく、若
干の時間を置いてから剥離する。即ち、スクレイ
パー17,18を従来のものより外側に位置させ
る(第1図B)。そうすることにより、線材4,
5は1本置きに切刃ロール2,3に付着したまま
別れて若干進行した後スクレイパー17,18に
よつて剥離し、反対方向に移動するコンベアー上
に下降させる。

れぞれ揺動具13,14内に差し入れられ、それ
によつて主ベルトコンベアー12に対し直角方向
に揺り動かされる。線材4,5はこのような動き
をしつつ矢印方向に進行する主ベルトコンベアー
12上に落ちるので、第3図に示すように斜めに
2段に折り重ねられる。主ベルトコンベアー12
の進行速度と揺動具13,14の揺動速度を調整
することにより、線材4,5は、間隙なく奇麗に
斜めに折り畳まれる。そして、2段に折り畳まれ
た線材5が揺動具13の下に搬送されるに至り、
線材4はその上に2段に折り畳まれることとな
り、結局4段重ねということになる。このように
して作られた組織シートは、更に圧延することと
してもよい。なお、必要に応じ、適宜個所におい
