を具備した回動軸と、前記回動軸に螺合してその
軸方向の部品挿抜方向に昇降自在に設けられた可
動体と、前記可動体の左右両側にその中間部をそ
れぞれ軸支して部品挿抜方向と直交する方向に開
脚自在となし、かつ該軸支点より上部を開脚用の
把手部とし、下部を先端に前記電子部品のパツケ
ージを引つ掛ける爪を備えてパツケージ挟持部と
した左右1対の挟持金具と、前記1対の挟持金具
のパツケージ挟持部間に設けられ挟持された電子
部品の上面を押圧する押え板と、該押え板をパツ
ケージ挟持部に対し部品挿抜方向に可動的に支持
するガイドピンと、該ガイドピンに挿設されて該
ガイドピンと前記パツケージ挟持部の内面との間
で弾発し前記押え板に押圧力を付与するスプリン
グとからなる押え部材と、前記1対の挟持金具の
パツケージ挟持部間に在つて断面がコ形状を有
し、そのコ形の水平部が前記回動軸の下端部に可
動的に支持されるとともに前記ガイドピンを貫通

および前記挟持金具に挟持された電子部品の両側
面を囲んでガードし、かつ前記プリント板の部品
