DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Field of Industrial Application The present invention relates to a high-frequency heating device equipped with a heater heating device for cooking foods, etc. using high-frequency heating and heater heating, and improves a conduit that guides high-frequency waves into a heating chamber. related to what was done.

Configuration of conventional example and its problems Generally, in a high frequency heating device using a high frequency oscillator such as a magnetron, high frequency waves oscillated from a magnetron 2 are passed through a waveguide 3 to a heating chamber 1.
The opening 5 in the heating chamber 1 is supplied into the heating chamber 1, but the opening 5 in the heating chamber 1 must be located at the optimal position where adjustment can be made evenly and effectively. The position of the opening 5 varies depending on the device because its position differs depending on the capacity and protrusions such as the heater 8 in the heating chamber 1.

In addition, in high-frequency heating equipment equipped with a heater heating device, in order to prevent dirt from oil, smoke, etc., the heating chamber upper plate 4 and rear plate are equipped with an SC (self-heating device) that has the function of decomposing oil into water and carbon dioxide gas at high temperatures. Cleaning) It is necessary to perform a hollow surface treatment, and if the waveguide 3 is to be welded to the heating chamber upper plate 4, it is necessary to perform masking to prevent SC hollow from adhering. Therefore, as the opening 5 of the heating chamber 1 becomes farther away from the magnetron side, the masking area becomes wider, and conversely, the SC hollowing treatment area decreases more, which not only drastically reduces the effect of the SC hollowing, but also

(Generally, a heat-resistant mica plate with low high-frequency loss is used) becomes larger, and there are various problems in terms of mounting structure and cost.

In addition, when heating with a heater, the heating chamber upper plate 4 and the waveguide 3 become extremely high in temperature, so aluminized steel plates are used that are relatively heat resistant and resistant to corrosion. The configuration shown in the figure also has the drawback that heat radiation from the 3 portions of the waveguide is large and effective heater heating cannot be performed.

In addition, in another conventional example shown in FIG. 3, the SC hollow effect due to masking is reduced and the heat radiation from the 3 parts of the waveguide is relatively small. Fixation to the plate 4 can be done by welding only at the upper plate flange portion, and there is no good way to secure the area around the opening 5 of the heating chamber 1 other than by fixing it with several screws. Therefore, in order to accurately fix the opening of the waveguide 3 and the opening 5 of the heating chamber 1, the lower waveguide plate 3b is required from the magnetron 2 side to the opposite side of the magnetron 2 of the heating chamber 1. , fairly large parts are required. Furthermore, in order to prevent high frequency leakage around the opening 5, it is necessary to tighten the screws at narrow pitches, which increases the number of man-hours during assembly.

Purpose of the Invention Therefore, the present invention solves the above-mentioned conventional problems. No matter where the high-frequency supply opening of the heating chamber is placed on the upper plate of the heating chamber, the SC hollow effect can be easily fixed without reducing the SC hollow effect. The present invention provides a high-frequency heating device that is configured to be assembled in a manner that improves workability and prevents leakage of high-frequency waves.

Structure of the Invention In order to achieve the above object, the present invention has a structure in which the area around the opening of the heating chamber is masked, and a waveguide that guides high frequency waves into the heating chamber can be closely fixed to the heating chamber by welding and screw tightening. This is what I did.

In each figure, 1 is a heating chamber in which food is placed and performs high-frequency heating and heater heating, 2 is a magnetron of a high-frequency oscillator that supplies high-frequency power to the heating chamber 1, and 3
1 is a waveguide that guides and supplies the high frequency power oscillated by the magnetron 2 to the heating chamber 1, and is composed of a waveguide box-shaped portion 3a and a waveguide lower plate 3b.
Reference numeral 4 denotes a heating chamber upper plate constituting the heating chamber 1, and high frequency waves oscillated by the magnetron 2 are supplied into the heating chamber 1 through an opening 5 provided in the heating chamber upper plate 4. A shielding member 6 is fixed to the surface of the heating chamber upper plate 4 with mounting screws 7 in order to prevent food particles, etc. from entering the waveguide 3 through the opening 5 and from generating sparks due to high frequency waves.

Further, an electric heater 8 is fixed to the upper part of the heating chamber 1, and is used for grilling, etc., and serves to brown the surface of the food. As the electric heater 8, an electric heater that emits a large amount of radiant heat, such as an infrared heater, is generally used.

Further, the end face of the opening 5 of the heating chamber upper plate 4 on the magnetron 2 side is connected to the heating chamber upper plate 4 and the waveguide lower plate 3b by screws 7 for attaching the shielding member 6, as in the conventional case.
I try to keep them in close contact with each other. Further, a step is provided at the stepped portion of the upper plate, that is, the welded portion with the heating chamber side plate 9, and by welding the lower waveguide plate 3b and this stepped portion, the upper plate 4 and the lower waveguide plate are welded. Effects of the Invention As described above, according to the present invention, no matter where the opening of the heating chamber for high frequency supply is located, the welding part between the waveguide box-shaped part and the upper plate is only around the opening of the upper plate. Since only the area around the opening needs to be masked during SC hollow surface treatment, the decrease in the SC hollow effect is kept to a minimum, and the need for shielding materials that cover the untreated SC area can also be kept to a minimum. As described above, a heat-resistant mica board is used for this shielding member, but since this mica board is expensive, it is possible to keep the unit cost of parts low. In addition, compared to the conventional example where the waveguide is a single piece or the waveguide lower plate and the heating chamber upper plate are brought into close contact,
By providing a space between the lower plate and the upper plate of the waveguide, a heat insulating effect can be obtained, and the effect is even greater in the upper part of the heating chamber, where the temperature rise due to heat generated by the heater is particularly large. Other effects include reducing man-hours by reducing the number of screws and improving work efficiency when replacing shielding members during service.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 6, if a hole 10 is provided in the box-shaped part of the waveguide to the extent that a welding electrode can be inserted, it is possible to weld the lower waveguide plate and the upper plate of the heating chamber into close contact, and the opening Since the entire area around the part can be welded, not only the above-mentioned effects can be obtained, but also the reliability of high frequency leakage and workability are further improved.
