In the figure, 1 is an insulating wall of a prefabricated refrigerator, etc.
A heat insulating plate 2 is fixed between a pair of plates 3, 3, and a foamed heat insulating material 4 such as hard urethane foam is injected and foamed between both plates 3, 3. Next, the structure of the heat insulating board 2 will be explained. 5 is an inner bag having air permeability, and 6 is a powder such as perlite filled in the inner bag 5. Reference numeral 7 denotes a bag made of a metal-plastic laminate film, etc. After the inner bag 5 is inserted into the bag 7 and the inside is depressurized, the opening of the bag 7 is sealed by heat sealing. Reference numeral 8 denotes a peripheral edge of the heat insulating plate 2, which is formed so that the outer periphery of the bag 7 is in close contact with it.

Such a heat insulating board 2 is such that when inserting the inner bag 5 into the bag 7 after filling the inner bag 5 with the powder 6 in a flat plate shape, the bag 7 must be made considerably larger than the inner bag 5. 7 could not be inserted. However, if the bag 7 is made sufficiently larger than the inner bag 5, the peripheral edge 8 becomes long, and this peripheral edge obstructs the flow of the foam insulation material 4, resulting in unfilled portions of the foam insulation wall 1. The drawback was that it reduced the heat insulation properties of the

For this reason, as shown in FIG. 3, the peripheral edge 8 of the heat insulating board 2 is folded and fixed with a fixing member 9 such as tape so as to tightly contact the bag 7 of the heat insulating board 2.

However, in the above-mentioned conventional example, when two adjacent peripheral edges 8 are folded, the bent portions 10 are folded at an acute angle at a point where they intersect, resulting in a pinhole 11 in the bag 7. Air enters the reduced pressure inside the bag 7 through the pinhole 11, which increases the pressure inside the bag 7, resulting in a disadvantage that the insulation performance of the heat insulating board 2 is lowered.

Purpose of the Invention The present invention eliminates the drawbacks of the conventional example described above, and eliminates the occurrence of pinholes in the bag even when the peripheral edge of the insulation material is folded, and prevents air from entering the bag. The purpose is to prevent the pressure from increasing, prevent the insulation performance of the insulation board from deteriorating, and maintain the insulation performance of the insulation body for a long period of time.

Structure of the Invention In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention folds an elastic material made of a soft foam material or the like and interposes it between the bag and the peripheral portion fixed tightly to the heat insulating board with a fixing member such as tape. As a result, even when two adjacent peripheral edges are folded, the point where the folded lines intersect will not be bent at an acute angle, but will be bent in a curved line, so there will be no pinholes. ,
Therefore, the pressure inside the bag does not increase due to the intrusion of air into the bag, the insulation performance of the insulation material does not deteriorate, and the insulation performance of the insulation body is maintained for a long period of time.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS The configuration of one embodiment of the present invention will be explained in the fifth section below.
The description will be made with reference to FIGS. 7 to 7, and the same components as those of the conventional system will be given the same reference numerals and detailed description thereof will be omitted.

In the figure, reference numeral 12 denotes an elastic material made of a soft foam material or the like, which is interposed between the bag 7 and the peripheral edge 8 which is folded and fixed to the heat insulating material 2 with a fixing member 9 such as tape. In this way, the insulation plate 2' with the peripheral edge 8 folded over the elastic material 12 is fixed to one of the pair of plates 3, 3, and then foamed insulation such as hard urethane foam is used. A heat insulating body 1 is formed by injecting and foaming a material 4 between both plates 3, 3.

Further, the bent peripheral edge portion 8 forms two welded portions 13 and 14 so as to sandwich the bent portion 10.

Therefore, since the elastic material 13 is interposed between the folded peripheral edge part 8 and the bag 7, even when two adjacent peripheral edge parts 8 are folded, the folded bent part 10 remains at an acute angle. Since it does not bend in a straight line, but bends in a curved line, there are no pinholes, and therefore, there is no deterioration in the insulation performance of the insulation material. Also, when fixing the heat insulating board 2' to one of the boards 6 and injecting and foaming the foamed heat insulating material 4 such as hard urethane foam between both boards 3 and 3 to form a heat insulating body, the periphery of the heat insulating material is Since it is folded, it is possible to obtain a heat insulating body with good heat insulation performance without any portions not filled with foam heat insulating material without inhibiting the flow of the foam heat insulating material.

Moreover, even if the elastic material 13 is bent at an acute angle, the welded parts 13 and 14 can be separated by pinching the bent part 10.
Since the pinhole is formed at several locations, even if a pinhole occurs at the bent portion 10, the welded portion 13 is sealed and the degree of vacuum does not decrease.

It should be noted that the shape of the elastic material used in this example is not limited and may be round or square. It is also possible to use an elastic adhesive such as foamed hot melt instead of the elastic material, in which case it can also be used as a fixing member by applying the adhesive to the entire periphery.
