In the figure, 1 is a heat insulating board. Further, 2 is an inner bag having air permeability, and 3 is a powder 3 such as perlite filled in the inner bag 2. 4 is a bag made of metal-plastic laminate film, etc.
After inserting the inner bag 2 filled with the powder 3 and reducing the pressure inside to 0.1 Torr or less, the opening of the bag 4 is sealed by heat sealing to form the above-mentioned heat insulating board 1. Reference numeral 5 denotes a peripheral edge portion of the heat insulating plate 1, which is formed by welding the end portion when the bag 4 is formed. Reference numeral 6 denotes a heat insulating body for a prefabricated refrigerator, etc., in which the heat insulating board 1 is arranged between an inner plate 7 made of synthetic resin or the like and an outer plate 8 made of metal, in contact with the outer plate 8, and a foamed heat insulator made of hard polyurethane foam or the like is arranged. A material 9 is integrally foamed between both plates 7 and 8.

In manufacturing such a heat insulating board 1, after putting the powder 3 into the inner bag 2 and making it into a flat plate shape, when inserting it into the outer bag 4, it was difficult to insert the bag 4 unless it was considerably larger than the inner bag 2. . Also, when reducing the pressure inside the bag 4,
Bag 4 is used to reduce exhaust resistance and shorten exhaust time.
It was necessary to provide an exhaust passage 10 between the inner bag 2 and the inner bag 2. For the above reasons, the bag 4 had to be made sufficiently larger than the inner bag 2.

However, in the above conventional example, if the bag 4 is made sufficiently larger than the inner bag 2, the peripheral edge 5 becomes long, and when the foam insulation material 9 is integrally foamed, the flow of the foam insulation material 9 is obstructed and voids 9a are generated. In addition, air may become trapped between the long peripheral portion 5 and the outer panel 8, causing an unfilled portion 9b of the foam insulation material 9.
There was a problem that the heat insulating performance of the heat insulating body 6 deteriorated.

OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION The present invention is intended to eliminate the drawbacks of the above-mentioned conventional examples, and aims to eliminate voids and unfilled areas with heat insulating material that degrade the heat insulating performance.

Structure of the Invention In order to achieve the above object, the present invention bends the peripheral edge along a heat insulating plate, fixes the end of the peripheral edge to the heat insulating plate using a fixing member such as tape or adhesive, and This is to be brought into close contact with the heat insulating board. This eliminates the negative influence of the peripheral edge, which inhibits the flow of the polyurethane foam and forms air pockets, causing voids and unfilled areas with urethane.

Then, the surface of the heat insulating board 1 on the side without the fixing member 11 is attached to the outer panel 8 via an adhesive such as hot melt, and a foamed heat insulating material 9 is filled between the outer panel 8 and the inner panel 7.

Therefore, the peripheral edge does not impede the flow of the foam insulation material such as rigid polyurethane foam, so there is no formation of air pockets, voids, or unfilled areas with urethane, resulting in an insulation with good insulation performance. It is something that can be obtained.

In the embodiment of the present invention, an adhesive tape was used as a fixing member to fix the peripheral edge to the heat insulating board, but adhesive or hot melt was applied to the part where the peripheral edge adhered to the heat insulating board. You can also glue the insulation board.

Effects of the Invention The present invention has the above-mentioned configuration, and unlike conventional methods, the peripheral edge of the heat insulating plate does not obstruct the flow of foamed heat insulating material such as rigid polyurethane foam or form air traps. Therefore, there is an advantage that a heat insulating body with good heat insulation performance can be obtained.
