In order to maintain the temperature of the hot water washing tank 1, steam is directly or indirectly supplied from the boiler to the hot water washing tank 1, and hot water is discharged as it is without heat recovery. This poses a problem from the viewpoint of effective use of water resources and energy conservation.

簡略化できる。 As described above, in the present invention, firstly, the low temperature water released from the washing tank is heat exchanged with high temperature pure water and introduced into the hot water washing tank, and the liquid released from the washing tank is filtered. Then, the filtrate is heat-exchanged and then ion-exchanged, and the purified water resulting from the ion-exchange is collected in the washing tank, thereby configuring a method for recovering and reusing the liquid and heat of the washing solution in the metal surface treatment process.
A fixed amount of liquid can be circulated and used as a cleaning liquid as many times as needed without being replenished as in the conventional method, which contributes to water conservation and efficient cleaning. Since heat exchange is performed by mutually using water, the equipment is simplified and the amount of steam introduced into the hot water washing tank is also reduced, contributing to the request for energy conservation. It can stabilize the water quality and prevent products from becoming defective. In addition, the filter medium is less likely to be clogged, and the filter medium cleaning operation can be simplified.
