法に関する。DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Field of Industrial Application The present invention is directed to a yarn having a hot-melt adhesive ability (hereinafter referred to as a heat-sealable yarn) that exhibits a composite pattern on a fabric, that is, a composite pattern of different colors and/or glosses. The present invention relates to a method of forming an embroidery or weaving pattern on a fabric by forming an embroidery or weaving pattern using thread), applying a desired pattern to a hot-melt adhesive area on a fabric, and then expressing a composite pattern by a transfer method using a stamping foil.

The transfer pattern can be brought out well by this type of method even in delicate and/or elegant pattern-like patterns. This is because, according to this method, it is possible to form a hot-melt adhesive area on the fabric in a pattern that substantially matches the embroidery or weaving pattern, so that the pattern applied by the transfer method using stamping foil can also be applied to the fabric. This is because the embroidery or weaving pattern can be obtained exactly as it is. However, in the previously provided invention, since the stamping foil is transferred to the heat-fusible yarn in a so-called solid manner, the transferred pattern is partially applied to the embroidery or woven pattern using the heat-fusible yarn to create a delicate and/or elegant design. It does not reach the point where it can be duplicated as a pattern with a unique tone and a rich variety of patterns.

Stamping foils that have been partially masked by coating with an infusible composition are overlapped and heated under pressure to transfer the transfer film on the stamping foil other than the masked areas on the heat-sealable yarn in the pattern to the yarn. A composite pattern on a fabric characterized in that the embroidery or weaving pattern is a composite pattern of the pattern transferred by the transfer film and the pattern of the non-transferred portion remaining in the masking portion of the thread. The image is transferred using a partially masked stamping foil. According to this, the portion corresponding to the masking portion remains as a non-transferred part, that is, the color and glossy pattern of the thread, on the heat-fusible thread in the embroidery or weaving pattern of the fabric, and the color due to the transferred and non-transferred part remains. and/or a composite pattern with different glossiness will appear in the embroidery or weaving pattern. That is, the transferred pattern is partially overlapped with the embroidery or weaving pattern using the heat-fusible thread.

Masking of the surface of the transfer film of the stamping foil by applying the composition, which can be applied to a pattern, allows the pattern to appear as a predetermined pattern even if the resulting pattern has a delicate and/or elegant pattern tone. It can also be made into a variety of designs. Therefore, even if the transferred pattern partially applied to the embroidery or woven pattern of the fabric by the stamping foil is a delicate and/or elegant pattern, it can be transferred in a good manner according to the masking pattern described above. It is guaranteed that it will appear as a pattern with a variety of patterns.

Can be duplicated as such. That is, according to the present invention, the delicacy and/or elegance of the embroidery or woven pattern on the fabric can be achieved by imparting such a preferable partial transfer pattern.
It can be made more delicate and/or graceful.

2 is a stamping foil (FIG. 2), the fabric 1 has a pattern 4 made by embroidery (or weaving) with heat-fusible thread 3 as at least a part of the constituent elements, and the stamping foil 2 is a mold release material. thermosetting resins (such as melamine-based, acrylic-based, epoxy-based, nitrocellulose-based resins, or other resins) A partial masking 5 is provided on the transfer surface side by coating a resin containing two or more of the constituent components with or without an appropriate amount of silicone or tetrafluoroethylene resin. Masking 5 can be applied in the form of a suitable pattern. Reference numeral 6 indicates a hot-melt adhesive layer on the surface of the thread 3, and 7 indicates a thread that constitutes the pattern 4 of the fabric 1 together with the thread 3.

The transfer film 2a on the thread 3 other than the masking portion 5 of the stamping foil 2 is transferred to the thread 3 (FIG. 4). As a result, the portions of the stamping foil 2 corresponding to 5 masking portions remain as non-transferred portions on the thread 3 in the pattern 4 as a color and glossy pattern of the thread 3, and the color and/or color due to the transferred and non-transferred portions remains. Fabric 1 has a composite pattern with different luster.

る布帛に複合模様をあらわす方法。1. In a fabric on which a pattern is formed by embroidery or weaving, the above-mentioned pattern is formed by using at least a part of the thread having hot-melt adhesive ability as a constituent element, and on the pattern, a releasable property is applied to the surface of the transfer film. Stamping foils that have been partially masked by coating with a certain heat-infusible composition are stacked together, and the stamping foils are pressed and heated to form a pattern on the stamping foil other than the masked areas on the threads that have hot-melt adhesive ability in the pattern. A transfer film is transferred to the thread, so that the embroidery or weaving pattern is a composite pattern of the pattern transferred from the transfer film and the pattern formed by the non-transferred portion remaining in the masking portion of the thread. A method of creating complex patterns on fabrics.
