製であるため強い押圧力により管板に押し付けて
装着したり、ねじにより螺嵌することができる。
しかし近年多方面において利用されるようになつ
た中空糸膜は管板への取り付け部がプラスチツク
であるため、従来の金属製の取り付け部に適用し
た装着手段をそのまま採用するとプラスチツクが
折損するという問題があつた。そのため中空糸膜
を用いた流体処理装置では通常中空糸膜を単束ま
たは複数束にまとめ、接着剤で一体的に固着また
はOリング、締付ボルト等を用いた脱着可能なカ
ツプリング結合により容器内に設けられた管板に
装着する構造が採用されている。しかしながらか
かる構造は、とくに所定の容積中に可及的大きな
面積の膜を収容することが必要な工業用途に対し
て重要な問題を有している。すなわち可及的大き
な膜面積を収容するため非常にコンパクトに中空
糸を装着することは比較的容易であるが、工業用
途等の実用面からは必要に応じて単位中空糸束の
脱着置換が容易に行えることも重要な点である。
しかし従来の構造は大きな膜面積を収容する装置
では単位繊維束の脱着が極めてむつかしくなり、

本発明者ら、従来の上記問題点を解消し、大き
な膜面積が収容でき、しかも中空糸束の脱着が容
易な装置を提供するため鋭意検討した結果本発明
に到達した。すなわち本発明は中空糸束を装着す
る管板に正三角形配置に配列された多数の中空糸
束装着孔と、隣接する3ケの中空糸束の装着孔で
形成される正三角形の一つの中心を頂部とした正
三角形配置に管板に埋め込まれた多数の締付ボル
トと、該隣接する3ケの中空糸束装着孔に収容さ
れる中空糸束と、該締付ボルトに挿入され、かつ
該締付ボルトに隣接する3ケの中空糸束装置孔に
収容された中空糸束の集束具部に設けられたフラ
ンジの上面と係合する固定板と該締付ボルトと螺
嵌される締付ナツトからなり、該締付ナツトによ
り隣接する3ケの中空糸束装着孔にパツキン体を
介して収容された中空糸束の集束具部に設けられ
たフランジの上面を固定板で同時に押圧し、該フ
ランジの上面の3ケ所を等間隔で押圧することに
より、多数の中空糸束を管板に液密に収容するこ
とを特徴とする中空糸膜を用いた流体処理装置で
