し、この検出負荷値と前記負荷基準値とを比較し
て、検出負荷値が負荷基準値に達したときに洗浄
ブラシを離間動させ、そして前記検出負荷値と前
記全停止負荷基準値とを比較して、検出負荷値が
全停止負荷基準値に達したときにブラシ用電動機
