及び内管を引き抜き、砂杭を形成するようにした
もので、この装置によれば、、外管中の砂が十分
に突き固められて強固な砂杭が造成できる大きな
効果を有する反面、起振機を用いていると共にこ
の起振機で内管及び外管を振動させるので、作業
中に激しい騒音及び振動を生じる難点がある。ま
た、このような騒音、振動の発生の少ない装置と
しては従来から使用されているいわゆるオーガ式
サンドドレーン打設機は、ケーシング内にアース
オーガを挿入して地盤を掘削しながらケーシング
を下降させてゆき所定深さに達したらオーガを抜
き取り、ケーシングの中に砂を投入してからこの
ケーシングを引き抜いて砂杭を造成するようにし
た装置であるが、ケーシング内での砂の突き固め
がなされないため形成される砂杭の強度が弱いう

本発明の砂杭造成装置は、外周の少なくとも下
端部にスクリユーを螺設した外管及びこの外管内
に嵌挿させてあつて外周の少なくとも下端部にス
クリユーを螺設した中管をそれぞれ回転自在に垂
下連設すると共に、中管部内に、内部をエア供給
路とする内管を連通して中管下端から突出したそ
の下端部にエアハンマを装着し、また外管内に砂
を投入する砂投入用のホツパーを、昇降機枠に支
持させた固定着を介して外管に連通連結し、更に
内管上端部にエアハンマ作動用エアの供給パイプ
を接続し、固定管には砂押圧用エア供給パイプを
接続すると共に、固定管とホツパーとの間に開閉
弁を設けてなるものであつて、砂杭の形成にあた
り、外管内に投入される砂を、昇圧されたエアに
よる押圧作用とスクリユーによる押出し作用によ
つて圧密すると共にエアハンマによる打撃作用に
よつて突き固めるようにしているので、砂の締め
固めが十分に行えてきわめて強固な砂杭を形成で
き、また従来装置のように起振機を備えておらず
しかもエアハンマ自体は内管の下端に装着させて
地盤中で作動するようになつているので、作業中
に騒音、振動の発生を極力少なくすることができ
て、ほとんど無騒音、無振動で杭造成作業を行う

造成装置の重心が当該装置の中心軸(外管、中
管、内管の中心を通る軸線)上に位置し、このた
めこの装置はリーダ頂部よりワイヤー等で吊支さ
れた状態で昇降する際に揺動したりガタついたり
することなくきわめて安定な状態で昇降すること
ができ、それによつて地盤への貫入及びそれから
の引き抜き作業が容易となる一方、各駆動用モー
タが比較的小型であつてもそれぞれ両側の一対の
モータによつて中管及び外管のそれぞれに対しよ
り強力な回転トルクを確実に与えることができ
る。更に、本発明装置では、中管に挿通される内
管はその上端部に設けた径大頭部を中管の上端に
相対回転自在に支持させているので、内管の支持
構造がきわめてコンパクトで簡素なものとなつ
て、ホツパーから投入される砂の流通に支障を来
たすことがない。更にまた、固定管を上管部と下
管部とにより構成すると共に、上管部下端と下管
部上端との間に所要の間隙を設け、上記中管の上
端部に固着した中管側大ギヤを、上記間隙を気密
に挿通させた状態で外管の外に突出させて、上記
各中管駆動用モータの出力ギヤに噛合させ、この
中管側大ギヤには砂及びエアを流通させるための
開口部を設けているから、開閉弁の閉弁時には密
閉状態となる固定管の内部に配置されている中管
に対する回転駆動を、この固定管の外に配設され
た両側一対のモータにより直接しかも構造を複雑
化することなく行わせることができ、また固定管
内における砂やエアの流通に支障を来たすことが

枠に、外周の少なくとも下端部にスクリユーを螺
設した外管を回転自在に垂下連設し、この外管に
は外周の少なくとも下端部にスクリユーを螺設し
た中管を回転自在に挿通支持せしめ、この中管に
は、内部をエア供給路とする内管を挿通して、内
管上端部の径大頭部を中管上端に相対回転自在に
支持すると共に、中管下端から突出した内管の下
端にエアハンマを装着し、上記外管内に砂を投入
する砂投入用のホツパーを、昇降機枠に支持させ
た固定管を介して外管に連通連結し、昇降機枠内
には上記固定管を挟んでその両側対称位置の上部
側に両側一対の中管駆動用モータを、また下部側
には両側一対の外管駆動用モータをそれぞれ配設
し、上記固定管は上管部と下管部とにより構成す
ると共に、上管部下端と下管部上端との間に所要
の間隙を設け、上記中管の上端部に固着した中管
側大ギヤを、上記間隙を気密に挿通させた状態で
外管の外に突出させて、上記各中管駆動用モータ
の出力ギヤに噛合させ、この中管側大ギヤには砂
及びエアを流通させるための開口部を設け、また
外管の上端部に固着した外管側大ギヤを上記各外
管駆動用モータの出力ギヤに噛合させ、更に上記
固定管に砂押圧用エアの供給パイプを接続すると
共に固定管とホツパーとの間に開閉弁を設けてな
る砂杭造成装置。1.
