ち連結手段を操作して内杆とケーシングとの連結
あるいは解除を行わせなければならず、また特に
ケーシングの貫入時にはケーシングに伝えられる
起振機による振動作用のみで該ケーシングを地盤
中に貫入させるものであるから貫入作業が迅速に
行えないといつた不都合があつた。

上端部の内周側面との間に周方向に間隔をおいて
介設した複数の連結片によつて一体的に連結して
なるものである。

の両側方に配置され、その各シリンダ本体7aが
機枠1に対し立設固定され、そのピストンロツド
7b先端が昇降台13下面側に固定されている。
回転駆動手段8は、第1図、第2図で示すよう
に、機枠1下部内における内杆5の両側方に一対
の減速機付モータ16,16を配設し、これらの
モータ16,16の出力軸に固定の小ギヤ17,
17を、連結用スリーブ9の上端部に固装した大
ギヤ18に噛合して、両モータ16,16の同一
方向への回転により小ギヤ17,17と大ギヤ1
8を介してスリーブ9を回転させるようにしてな
るものである。この連結用スリーブ9の下端部と
回転ケーシング4の上端部とは複数の縦長状連結
片19により一体に連結され、また回転ケーシン
グ4の上端部は軸承部材20,20を介して固定
ケーシング3の下端部に回転自在に保持されてい
る。上記連結片19…は第3図に示すようにスリ
ーブ9下端部外周面と回転ケーシング4下端部内
周面との間における砂の流通を可能とすべく、互
いに周方向に十分な間隔をおいて放射状に配設さ
れている。

転駆動手段8を作動させて連結用スリーブ9を介
し回転ケーシング4を一方向(スクリユー4aが
地盤を掘削する方向)に回転させ、昇降操作用ワ
イヤー(図示せず)を繰り出して機枠1を介しケ
ーシング3,4を下降させながら回転ケーシング
4の回転によつて地盤を削孔してゆく。そして回
転ケーシング4の下端が地盤中の所要深さに達し
たら、ワイヤーの繰り出し操作を停止し且つ回転
ケーシング4を掘削貫入時とは逆の方向に回転さ
せ更にそれまで停止させていた起振機6及び上下
駆動手段7を作動させて、昇降操作用ワイヤーを
巻取りながら固定及び回転ケーシング3,4を地
盤中から引き抜いてゆく。この引き抜きにあたつ
てホツパー2より砂を固定ケーシング3から回転
ケーシング4へと投入し、こうして投入した砂
を、上下駆動手段7及び起振機6の作動による内
杆5の上下振動及びこの上下振動よりも小振幅で
小刻みの振動によつて突き固め、こうして突き固
めた砂をケーシング3,4の引き抜き操作に伴つ
て回転ケーシング4下端より押出しながら砂杭を
形成してゆくわけである。

伝える機構を、実質的に連結用スリーブとその下
端部の連結片との2つで構成できるため、部品点
数がきわめて少なく構造が簡単となつて製作費を
大幅に安くできる効果がある。

手段を上記内杆に連動連結し、また回転駆動手段
を、上記内杆に回転可能に套嵌した連結用スリー
ブの上端部に連動連結し、この連結用スリーブの
下端部と上記回転ケーシングの上端部とを、連結
用スリーブ下端部の外周側面と回転ケーシング上
端部の内周側面との間に周方向に間隔をおいて介
設した複数の連結片によつて一体的に連結したこ
とを特徴とする砂杭造成装置。
1.
