However, most of these products are made significantly larger than the hand method because the base fabric does not stretch, and they do not fit the hand when worn, making it difficult to move the fingers, making them uncomfortable to wear, and having poor workability. It was hot.

Many of them have a flat structure that makes it difficult to insert your hand into them. The present inventors completed the present invention as a result of research to eliminate such conventional defects.

The method is characterized in that a stretchable sheet-like material is overlaid with a stretchable sheet-like material stretched by 10 to 70% in a direction perpendicular to the middle finger, and then fused and cut.

Further, these sheet-like materials may or may not be stretchable, but it is more preferable to have stretchability in view of the fit when worn or the ease of finger movement.

For other uses, it is preferable to use nonwoven fabrics or knitted fabrics due to their breathability. Regarding the performance of these sheet-like materials, it is preferable to have a breaking elongation of 300% or more and a 100% elongation recovery rate of 85% or more. Therefore, it is best to use urethane elastomer films, nonwoven fabrics, or knitted fabrics. suitable. The most important feature of the method of the present invention is that the sheet-like materials that make up the palm surface are stacked, fused, and cut by stretching 10 to 70% in the direction perpendicular to the middle finger. %
If it is less than 70%, the resulting glove will have a flat structure, making it difficult to insert the hand, and the elongation rate will be 70%.
If it exceeds %, it will be easy to insert your hand, but you will not be able to feel the fit when wearing it. It also becomes more likely to tear during fusion and fusing. The elongation rate must therefore be between 10 and 70%, preferably between 20 and 50%.

It is preferable to perform cutting by melting and joining by fusion at the same time, and then cut the insertion portion of the hand afterwards.

As shown in the figure, it is composed of a palm surface 1 and a palm surface 2, and has a three-dimensional structure due to the elastic recovery performance of the sheet-like material forming the palm surface, making it very easy to insert the hand or fingers. It also has elasticity, so you won't feel any discomfort when wearing it, and it fits your hand very well.
Work efficiency increases.

650%, 100% elongation recovery rate 92%, rigidity 40mm) One piece has no elongation, the other one has 50% in the direction perpendicular to the middle finger.
% elongated materials were stacked on top of each other, fused into the shape of a glove using a high-frequency welder, and then fused and cut. Then, the hand insertion part was cut to produce gloves. These gloves were extremely flexible and fit the hand well, causing little discomfort when worn, and were breathable, so sweat did not accumulate, making them very comfortable to wear. It was suitable for gloves for driving a car and for various sports.

Since the palm surface is made of film, even if sweat or the like comes out due to long-term use, the sweat or the like will not transfer or adhere to the objects that are gripped, making them particularly useful as dust-free gloves.
